I was on vacation and bought a pair of shorts. When I returned back to the place I was staying (which was several hours away from the store), I noticed there was a hole in the shorts. I called the store on the same day as I purchased the shorts and they told me to call back the next day, as they were very busy at the moment. I called the next day and again, I was told that they were very busy but they asked for my number and stated that they would call me back about issuing a refund. I waited two days for a call, but never received it. Thus, I called them again and, again, they stated they were too busy. Once I pressed them for a resolution, they stated I would have to bring the shorts back in. Due to their delays, I was already on my way back home from vacation which is 19 hours away. I then spoke to the owner of the shop. The only resolution offered was for me to ship the shorts back, at my cost, even though the shop sold me a defective item. This is a tourist shop so it should be expected that people aren't readily in the area. I'm disappointed at the "resolution", considering it was a defective product that they sold, but yet, I would have to pay to send them back. I would have gladly sent them back if they provided a shipping label at their cost, which I stated, but they refused. When I let the owner know I thought this was poor customer service, he essentially relayed that he didn't care because he gets "millions of customers".

Make sure you closely watch how your purchases are rung up. Caught cashier charging us $15 for a $8 item. Even after we showed him the sign with the prices (there was no item prices above $8) he tried to BS his way out of being busted. Bottom line is we will never go back to the store. If you do, make sure you double and triple check your receipt before you leave.

On my last morning in Savannah I realized I had forgotten magnets and a tee shirt. It was a cold, bone-chilling morning that I stumbled into the shop, which happened to be open an hour early! The lady was friendly and helpful.

We had such a fantastic experience at Savannah Tees Outlet. The owner was very helpful and even designed our new favorite girls trip teeshirts. This was a nice stop on our trip

Typical store on River Street. Lots of stuff stuffed into a small store. Good luck finding what you need or want we didn't but others did.

On our trip to Savannah, we stopped at the Savannah Tees Outlet and we had tons of choices of Tees. The manager even found a size in the back when I thought I wouldn't get my favorite tee shirt. It's a nice place to find a tee shirt.

Decent shop, a lot of graffiti t-Shirts , and as St Patrick's Day is around the corner, there were so many green shirts and ornaments to choose from.

Horrible customer service today. Inhave shopped here A lot over the last 3 years and sent quite a few people there. That stops now. I bought a folding pocket knife there 2 months ago. Yesterday the locking mechanism stopped working and the knife won't open. I returned to the store simply looking for an exchange ... NOT a refund. And I was told that since it working when I bought it I was out of luck. Thanks for standing by the product you sell ... NOT. And congratulations on losing the business of not only myself but any family and friends that come to visit me in this fine city. Oh ... and I work at a restaurant downtown. I will not only not be sending people to visit your store anymore, I will also be purposefully telling people to NOT go to this location or any other locations your company operates. Welcome to the bad part of bad customer service.

It was okay. I thought the store would sell t-shirt blanks but it didn't. There was a large selection of southern... tshirts.
