I just got my tire patched and the entire experience was amazing. Ronique and Xavier were so kind, quick, and efficient. They went above and beyond to make sure everything was done right, and even made sure my car stayed clean during the whole process. Truly excellent customer service from start to finish. Great service at Mavis! Went in for a tire patch and they had me in and out in under an hour. Ronique was so friendly and her team was fast. Definitely recommend a time you have an auto issue!

I came in today for a tire replacement after running over a bolt in a construction zone while driving through working out of town. Ronique was extremely friendly, immediately greeted me, assessed my issue, and got me checked in like I was a priority. If I ever need another tire and am in the area I will be back!

I’ve been coming to this location for about 3 months now and the service, staff, and quality of this store is amazing. They always have confirmed and double checked my inquires about my car. They also inform you on how you can save and protect your car with warranty and perks. Ms. Ronique is the store manager and she always makes sure that I’m well taken care of. I highly recommend coming here for you automobile needs.
