Had a nail deep in my front driver side tire. This was my first time here and Mr.Vince got me in and out very efficiently. I really appreciate him he has now made a full-time customer out of me !

First off, great shop. I have been dealing with Joe the main gentleman who works in the front office and have also been working with the shop manager over issues with another Mavis location. They have been honest and fair in their repairs and solutions to get my little Jeep back and running in proper order. I have also thrown some curve balls at them, and they have been helpful and more than willing to accommodate. Will be coming back for sure for future work on my Jeep

I brought my car in on a Monday, thinking I was having break and/or alternator issues as my car lights were dim and my car was driving funny. Vince checked my car out and assured me all I needed was an alignment and two new front tires. He did NOT upsale me anything I didn't need, and as a woman that this has happened to countless times in the past, I immensely appreciated this. The work was completed in a timely manner, and I drove my car fully confident in the the work that the shop did! I ended up back the very next day for them to correct tire work walmart had completed, and recieved the same treatment. Vince and his team were awesome, and I plan to return for all my car needs!

I had a great experience with Steve at Mavis Tires and Brakes in Savannah. He was straightforward and honest about what was wrong with my car and gave me great feedback — no hassle, no upselling, just a realistic and genuine person. Really appreciated the honesty and professionalism. Highly recommend asking for Steve if you go there!
