Nice staff at the facility, reasonably clean and my items were not messed with, HOWEVER, I rented a 4x6 unit at $69/month. After 2 month I received a price increase of of 22% raising my rate to $88. At the same time they’re renting larger units than that for cheaper than my initial price.

**A Positive Experience**
This is my first time leasing from a storage facility, and I am very pleased with my choice so far. Upon entering, I was greeted with professionalism and a friendly smile from Tasha, the Property Manager at the 218 Eisenhower Dr. location. She took the time to answer all my questions and address any concerns I had before moving forward. When I was ready, the entire process moved quickly, and I was out the door in no time.
It’s evident that the area is secure, well-monitored, and kept clean, whether you drive by, enter her office, or take a tour of the grounds with her. NSA Storage is well represented by having Tasha as their property manager.
I look forward to continuing to use the facility as needed.

The place is actually cool with its location, which is right by an all you can eat Chinese food restaurant, which i definitely enjoy. The manager on site, Ms. Tasha, is knowledgeable and down to earth, for the people cool! I really wouldn't want my family things anywhere else during this experience.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Tasha at SecurCare Self Storage and I can't recommend her enough! As someone who has never used storage services before, I was a bit apprehensive, but Tasha made the entire process incredibly smooth and stress-free.

Tasha was very professional and friendly in detailing the leasing specifics and showing the unit. She got us signed up shortly after our viewing. Very easy process. We went back the next day to check the unit and test the passcode. Unit was squeaky clean, lights worked, as was well. A great and easy experience.
