You must go see my guys. Lucas and Cameron. These guys help me out picking out some shoes. I didn't really know what I was looking for. Sure enough they jumped on it. I appreciate their help. Cameron was very helpful. On picking out the brands with regarding the shoes I should get and Lucas was able to explain good details regarding knowledgeable on advancements in shoes

Large shoe store but the same selection as everywhere else. Extra stock was left in boxes in the middle of the floor in the back of the store. Not enough employees.

Store manager Billy was very nonchalant and dismissive about selling a pair of previously and obviously soiled shoes on the shelf. I politely asked for a discount amd was told he would clean the shoes if i wanted them but no discounts. They were the last of a size and perfect for a formal event, I've looked for weeks for shoes and this was the only pair. I bought them for this reason only. Additionally he refused to honor my husband's military discount because my husband was not with me, despite the fact I offered to provide documentation. Very very disappointed. Every other time previous to this its been a great experience. Customer service is all about perception. He was not concerned with service.

Excellent customer service at this store when a new cashier made a mistake. The error was corrected with no fuss.Just as important is the selection of shoes! Absolutely fantastic. Highly recommended!

Helpful employees, wide selection of shoes and then some more shoes. Unfortunately no ryderwear shoes. But plenty of other athletic shoes.

Today was my first time going into this store and upon entering the store I thought it looked good had plenty of shoes to pick was excited to look around but then all of that changed because an employee came running to the area me and my family was looking at shoes and started watching us as if we were stealing then the asset protection associate followed us around the store that was my first and last time going to that store just because it made us very uncomfortable. Need to work on there customer service and not accuse everyone of stealing.
