Smoke City is a store with a great selection of everything that has to do with smoke, from disposable vapes to glass. It offers a great selection of products, which can be a little overwhelming, but the staff and manager are so helpful and patient. The staff at this location make it the best in Savannah, with awesome, kind, and knowledgeable employees who are open to conversation. They are always offering to help immediately and are known for excellent customer service, often reaching out to find answers for customers. The store has mid to high prices and is pricey compared to other local shops, carrying a slight premium across the board. However, it provides good quality products and some great bargains. Customers report being loyal for years without being disappointed.
