Soma provides incredibly helpful, caring, and personalized service. The staff is lovely and amazing, making customers feel cared for, happy, secure, and comfortable. They listen to find out what you like to make perfect recommendations, offering support and encouragement. They help customers find their correct size and suggest the comfiest bras, with many loving everything suggested. The service is phenomenal and transformative, providing an incredible experience that some feel they should have had years ago. The store is highly recommended and considered a must-go, with such exceptional service that customers even shop over the phone.
Dina was great in helping me find what I needed in the right size and in offering recommendations/suggestions. The store was really busy due to the sale and she was managing to give everyone attention and great service.

Came into the store today and purchased the most comfy bras! Will go to Soma over VS any day now! My sales associate, Sunshine, was incredibly kind and very patient with me! She gave me amazing recommendations!
