5 Star Relator. Tripp was great from the start, friendly and personable. He was patient with me through the process and figuring out what we really wanted. He helped us find our dream home and we couldn’t be happier. Thank you Tripp!

Tripp works for you and it's amazing to become part of his "family"! Tripp was nothing short of what I expected an agent would be to work with. His knowledge of the communities really helped us narrow down our selection process and made it easy. Being from out of State, Tripp, took it upon himself to schedule our time efficiently and enjoyed lunch time to really get to know each other.Tripp handled the paperwork like a wizard. No surprises and closing was a breeze with his people. He sets the expectations early and delivers what he says is going to happen. Our daughter is looking to Savannah after college and can't wait for Tripp to get her setup in her first house by mom and dad!!Thank you Tripp!!

The smoothiest closing ever. I've bought and sold a couple of houses in my lifetime. By far this was the best experience. Tripp was very professional and kind. He is eapecially an expert with marketing. My house had a contract for the listing price after 48 hours on the market. He made the entrie process of selling my house painless. He carefully guided me through the process and was always available if I had questions or concerns. It actually felt like family helping family. I am so very grateful.

Tripp Butler is an excellent real estate agent and person. My wife and I connected with him from our first meeting. Tripp was very knowledgeable about the Savannah housing market and readily available. His staff provided ongoing housing options for us. When challenges arose, he gave wise counsel and clear communication. We found that Mr. Butler is well respected in the community. He has earned our trust and has become a friend. We count it privilege to have worked with him and give our highest of recommendations to anyone looking to move to or from Savannah Georgia.

When I decided to sell the house in June 2022 after my husband passed away, my neighbor recommended me to use Tripp as my agent without any hesitation. Tripp and his team started to work with me right away with top professionalism. We lost the first buyer due to market shifting, however Tripp and his team skillfully get 2nd buyer in a short time. Even though I left GA and was not present, with Tripp’s help, the transaction went very smoothly.I would recommend Southbridge Greater Savannah Realty if you have real estate needs.

We made the utmost mistake by trusting Southbridge greater Savannah Realty when relocating to Savannah. Their complete absence of professionalism and responsibility costed us financially and mentally. We ended up purchasing a house that’s in poor condition but is also about 100k more than the average houses we looked at. The realtor assigned to us kept reassuring us that she was extremely experienced showing houses remotely. Trusting her and Southbridge, we did not see the houses in person. While warning us multiple times in every showing of houses less than two years old, she kept boasting about the “excellent” condition the 10-year-old house that’s significantly more expensive. By the time we actually saw the beyond normal wear and tears that would cost a tremendous amount to repair in the house we purchased, we were very disappointed and thought about backing out of this house. This is when the realtor played us for the second time - she promised she would arrange contractors to fix the issues she deliberately omitted during the showings. She put us in contact with a painter that she spoke highly of.Trusting the realtor, we paid the painter in full after he finished at night. The next day after the sun came out we noticed the painter did a completely amateur job that ruined practically all the walls. He had also blacklist me and my husband’s phone numbers right after the job as if he was worried of being contacted. The Southbridge realtor not only refused to help contact the painter she spoke highly of and “worked closely with”, she changed her tone and told us she didn’t know the painter besides working with him a few times.”After learning about the situation, Tripp, the broker, called us and blamed us for trusting his realtor and hung up. The absence of professionalism and responsibly of Southbridge Greater Savannah is cultivated by their management in a top-down manner. They have zero concern of customer customer well-being. There are plenty of qualified realtors elsewhere in the greater Savannah area - do yourself a favor and find a realty that cares.

We were relocating for work and made the utmost mistake by putting trust in Southbridge to find a new house in the Savannah areas. Unfortunately not only did she abuse our trust, she was unprofessional, irresponsible, and unqualified as a real estate agent.During the walkthrough we noted several issues including missing light fixtures. Our agent apparently unaware of what should convey with houses claimed this was OK, and it then became our responsibility to find GA definitions and the wording in our purchase contract to show this was not okay. Then, knowing full well we trusted her, she took advantage of that trust “highly” recommending a painter for our new house (minus light fixtures). As luck would have it, this painter was not only unprofessional, but after doing shoddy work and absconding with our money (he harassed us by calling/texting multiple times an hour before we even had a chance to see the "finished" product in light of day) we learned he wasn’t licensed. Speaking highly of the painter before, our realtor changed her tone and told us she didn’t know the painter very well and was extremely reluctant to even attempt to fix her mistake or help us track down the unlicensed painter she recommended. When we were able to speak to Tripp, the owner of Southbridge Greater Savannah Realty, he blamed us for trusting his realtor, made some remark about how he'll only let experienced agents do relocations now. Except, our real estate agent was supposed to already be highly experienced in relocations. I guess Tripp probably blames us for trusting her when she said she was experienced too.
