It was better before the new owners took over.
The short side brushes have not worked in a Long time, so your tires, wheels and lower portion of the car does not get cleaned good.
The tire shine Rarely works.
On the positive side the employees are super nice and the vacuums always work. There is usually towels to dry and clean with.
I pay the monthly subscription but I think I may cancel soon and find another car wash.

No clean towels were available there was literally less than five cars there. no sprays to wipe down the inside of the cars at all. It used to be a really nice set up just a few years ago. At least the vacuums are strong.

It was my first car wash experience and was pretty nervous, but the young man named JP explained the whole process and even provided excellent service by providing me car towels and spray bottles.

Ryder was extremely helpful & attentive. I didn’t came for a single wash, but somehow they sold me on purchasing a membership. I do not regret it. Their up-sale technique is good.

I stopped in for a quick car wash and after talking to Ryder decided to purchase a membership. He was great! Super friendly, very engaging and surprisingly not pushy. He talked about the benefits of membership so emphatically, it seemed ridiculous to not join. Ryder should be in advertisements for Zips.

Went to the car wash today and a gentleman tried selling me a membership he was very rude and acted like he didn’t wanna be there I didn’t get a warm welcome just a nasty attitude I will not be returning!!!
