My husband and I went into this location this past weekend with the sole purpose of buying the new Apple 15 Max Pro.Two employees were visibly seen and no other customers were in the store. The fella behind the counter never moved from behind the counter; except to offer us a blue color (not what we inquired about) and made no effort to explain the products. When we asked to see the phone, he took his cover off his phone and slid it towards us to hold; instead of letting us examine the display model.We left and went to the other closest T-Mobile which was slammed with customers. Whoever hired this person or owns this store...you are loosing business. If $1200 is not worth your time, close your doors.

I don't think the listed number for this location even works, they literally never answer the phone. When you call any other location in town, you get the automated T-Mobile answering service, except at this location.

I switched from Metro PCS to T-Mobile here in Savannah for better reception. A new phone came with the deal. Unfortunately Samsung and others no longer supply a charger with their phones. Such cheap BS !The phones aren't any less expensive.The assistant manager told me the phone came with a cord, but, the cord was a "C" connection on both ends, therefore I would have to purchase a $20 charger to accommodate the "C" fitting only cord.He lied to me and tricked me.I wasn't thinking at the time because I was so fed up with how Greedy Samsung had become, not even providing an Asian sweatshop made charger with their $240 phone!The young manager too, was obviously misleading me for his bottom line, or commission.I will never go back to that location on Abercorn again or advise anyone else to do so.The management team seems pretty unethical and untrustworthy.

Alexander (I believe that's his name, the store manager) was extremely helpful and made replacing my phone super easy. I'm from out of state and was stressed but he made it very smooth and painless! Thank you! 10/10

I will never ever set foot in this store again. Went in earlier today. There were 2 associates working. Both were engaged with customers. One would expect a sales person to at least say "we will be with you in a second." Not. The young lady had a customer who was trying to convince her that she was not given her phone from a previous visit. Rather than terminate the senseless discussion, she spent her time stroking her hair and using her phone. No one greeted me. No one acknowledged that l had entered the store. There are other T Mobile locations that give GREAT customer service. Go there instead. I wish you could do a review without a star. I would.

Very good experience at this location. Associate Derrick was very knowledgeable of his job. Great sales person and educator. He’s not there just to sale their products he really cares about what the customer wants. Kudos to you Derrick and Alex what a great ascent you guys are to the company.

Absolutely a great experience at this store! Mark, who seemed to be a team lead or store supervisor, was amazing. He was efficient and was able to provide speedy service without making us feel rushed. His ability to sell is amazing, because I’ve been an Apple user for years and I’m SOLD on the Samsung Z Flip3. It’s an amazing phone, and Mark knew the features extremely well and was able to demonstrate key differences between my iPhone XR and the Z Flip3. Derek was also very helpful! He was able to show me how some of the Samsung phones also operate as wireless chargers for other phones/devices. Chantel was assisting my brother with a new line, and she was also very kind and efficient. This was by far the best experience I’ve had in-store, and I usually hate going in T-Mobile. Big ups to Chantel, Derek, and Mark for making us all feel welcome and valued even though we came in 30 minutes to close. As a BIG girl, sometimes I get treated like a third-class citizen due to my appearance, and no one made me feel like that at all today. 10/10, would recommend.
