Terrible customer service, I asked for help printing they brushed me off and helped customers that came in to store after me. And they told me the printer didn’t work but helped others with printing.

I enjoy shopping at Staples! The workers are very nice, friendly, helpful and knowledgeable! They have excellent customer service skills! The products are great! Keep up the good work!

This place was a ghost town on Saturday afternoon with a sign that due to staffing “shortages” theres no one to work the whole printing dept. be for real. They also charge .45 cents a minute to use their computer to print stuff now. What a joke. There was one poor girl at the retail register with a huge line. I used to print a lot of cool stuff here and enjoyed bantering with the staff. Looks like people don’t wanna work for an abysmal wage or staples doesn’t wanna pay people. I won’t be back and I’ll tell others not to waste their time.

It's unfortunate that I have to work around their schedule. They're short-handed.
It's not my fault. Everybody is crazy about online business. I'm sorry I don't deal with people that way. That's how mistakes are made and then I have to pay for the mistake. Staples don't Care, very simple.

Do not do any Amazon returns here. Have done quite a few large and small and was told today by the very unprofessional and rude supposed manager that they no longer take certain sizes (the box was not large, fits a twin size blanket). The manager had zero customer service and apparently has no understanding of freedom of speech or customer service.

The store manager who waited on me showed great customer service made everything seem easy and she's very patient.
