The African American young lady with glasses and braids working in the print department is totally awesome. The manager (Caucasian with red hair) is a sweetheart as well. Both ladies are extremely efficient and warm. I ordered posters from them and the quality was superb! Thank you!!

I never leave reviews, but the lady working in printing today (11/16 around 2:45 pm) deserves recognition for how awesome she is! She was the only one working in the printing section of the store, with six or so customers and the phone ringing and she handled it all. I had made a mistake on my order and walked back inside fully expecting to reorder and pay for it to be redone and she came up with the perfect solution that took less than a minute. She was so friendly and easy to work with, truly a rockstar!

Absolute waste of a place! Placed an order for same day business cards, for an event the following day. Not only was I not able to get them same day the store didn’t call me until several hours after to inform me that they didn’t have paper to print them, to add insult to injury they told me I could call another staples to see if they have the paper and would move the order over while also telling me the other store is short staffed so they probably couldn’t help me! And finally my only option was to wait 3-5 business days for my “same day order”! What an unprofessional operation and clueless staff! Staples advertising daily how they can help your business but all you did was hurt my business! NEVER again!

This place is USELESS. At any given time, the ratio of customers to employees is already pitiful. But all but one employee I have ever encountered is aggressively useless. They stop taking orders at inconsistent and random hours that seem to change based on how eager the overwhelmed employee is to not do any more work that day.Once, I waited ten minutes to be helped only for the employee to tell me they stopped taking new orders five minutes ago. So they waited me out just to turn me away on purpose.Most of the time I can or could do what I need to print myself.Go anywhere else, the cheap prices are cheap for a reason.

Just had an awesome experience in the print center with Nicki. She went above and beyond to make sure I had a great experience. The do it yourself color copiers were not working the way they should and she took my items and made copies for me on the big printer. Her and her coworker were friendly and were enjoying themselves while working. Also, I walked around for a bit and I believe the female manager stoped to ask if I needed help finding anything.

I walked in with a bad attitude. The lovely people working their did not give in! They where so nice and encouraging! They went above and beyond to make me happy! The world needs more people like them!!

If I could give this location a negative star I would. The print service is nothing like I've ever experienced. The guy that is running it is so incredibly rude and the past few times I've used them to print, he's lying to everyone saying they missed the order or SCAD is holding them up...the last 2 times I printed SCAD was not even in session. Please do an audit on this store and maybe recommend this guy some customer service training. Getting mad at the customer coming to pick up their orders when they say it's ready is not the way to go.

Poorly ran, unreliable staff here on a Tuesday evening. Needed 15 copies made. Refused to do it (based on the girl saying they were understaffed). There were 3 employees and 4 customers in the entire store, and these 4 customers were at the self-serve copiers frustrated because the machines were not working properly. Unhelpful staffand unhappy customers equals no future business. Sad and disappointed.

This is for Staples printing services. I do not like writing negative reviews but..... so disappointing. We needed to get a project printed and stapled into a small booklet. There were two employees working behind the printing service counter and not too busy. We asked a few questions and one employee suggested we use self service which was not a clean workspace. Ask a few questions on how to get this done. We needed help the employees I think tried but not successful. After we figured it out ourselves. We needed a large stapler to staple our "5" pieces of paper to make a booklet. Staples did not have a stapler. So frustrating. We went to UPS they were helpful and they stapled it for us free of charge. I will try UPS for our next printing project. Lesson learned.

I live Staples as I really enjoy office products. Lots of really nice office chairs, stationary, leather binders, computers and computer bags. Just about everything you need for an office is inside. Service could be improved tremendously, but there was one very helpful employee aside from the rest. It's a shame I didn't get her name.
