In this store they don't know what customer service is... I went to the area to print yourself and the system is very complicated and I asked the person who works behind the printers for help and she very shamelessly yelled at me that she couldn't help me because she had a lot of work, it was very unpleasant. In the end, the one who helped me, I think, was the manager, giving me to understand that she was fine and in the end she had no choice but to help me... It was a very bad impression and it's sad that they don't have empathy with their customers. I will never return.

Basically the product got damaged in the store and they just taped it and put it back on the shelf. These labels are not cheap and now I have two sheets that are useless.

Most of my experiences here have been great. This one not so much. I needed something done at the print shop and the young lady basically said "I'm leaving in 5 minutes, there's the computer, and you can do it yourself." Lol. I'm out. Headed to Thunderbolt.

Every time I come to this staples the Amazon Return service is down! I’ve visited the store 5 times in the last week and every time it’s conveniently down! They always say well it was working earlier. No, they just don’t want to help you return your items. There is no way it’s down this much and every time I visit it isn’t working.

Save time and money and order online from Amazon. The store had very little in stock and what was in stock is grossly overpriced.

Needed some copies made from my phone. They didn't have anyone at the copy desk until 3 more hrs. The guy was rude and snapped at me to use the self service. Went over to use the self service copier and the hole punch space was full so it did not work. I asked both the cashier and the tech guy to clear the machine but both refused. They kept yelling at me to wait until the other person came in. I've never been treated so rudely and had to deal with such ignorance. Wow!!!

I discovered via a Google search that Staples has a recycling program. I checked it out and it's VERY good. Staples not only makes it easy to recycle a very comprehensive list of items, but one earns Rewards Point when recycling AND gets a discount coupon to use toward a $30-or-more purchase. VERY NICE!

Really run down Staples. This place needs a make-over and some more knowledgeable staff. They have two ancient self service machines, one that was rebooting the entire time I was there, and a computer that had one foot in the grave. The system asks to preauthorize $10 which is a bit much for a Staples, as they usually asks for $5 or so - says a bit about the clientele. Lastly, since the lady in front of me was having trouble printing her own documents, I asked to be taken care of at the desk so I wouldn’t have to pay the computer usage fee. Apparently none of the 5 employees in the store, including the manager, could be spared to get behind the desk and help. I’ll drive farther next time.

Absolutely horrible customer service! Employees stand around, not doing anything and are unwilling to help. Literally felt like I walked into someone’s living room and asked them to turn the TV off and make me dinner..The manager was extremely rude, had no idea what he was doing and when I asked how much it would cost to print my project he asked me how much the other Staples charged. I told him I didn’t remember the pricing exactly and he told me I was lying and said that they aim to not have people come back, presumably because they enjoy getting paid to sit around.
To the person who gets paid to write a 10 second apology to all of the negative reviews: Read allllllll of the 1 Star reviews on this location, they are all saying the same thing. No need to write an empty apology, rather, tell the higher ups to either come fix it or close it.
I am now a FedEx print center customer and Christian on Abercorn kills it!!!
