Online order runs about 30 minutes late. When you arrive AFTER the time they give you they tell you they don't have the order yet. Then they tell you they just got it. This has happened twice in a row. Frustrating.

Home of the incredible shrinking pizza! Don't order the 14 inch, you will get a 10 inch pizza regardless of size you order in my experience. Service is bad too, staff doesn't seem to know how to use online order app.

We order pizza. The app and email stated the pizza was ready. The counter person claimed there was no order and they could not give us the order. She then "found" the order after we showed her the receipt and informed us that it would now take another 20 minutes. This was an hour after the order was supposed to be ready no offer for refund etc. No ambiance not clean no service no product rude.
