Emma, the assistant manager here was very professional during my check-in. The location is located in a convenient area ; near multiple shopping centers. Emma was quite knowledgeable about the community and answered all of my questions. Only issue with the room was the Shower - needed extra cleaning. Ms Christian is always respectful when me or my children needs assistance or have questions regarding our stay.

Kumar has never failed to help me in any situation that came up. The staff is always so friendly. The rooms are nice and if there is ever anything wrong, Kumar always does his best to have it fixed in a timely manner. I would recommend! Ms. Christian is always smiling and willing to help with anything!!

The hotel staff were very professional and pleasant. They greeted you with a smile every time they saw you. Anytime I needed something for the room, they always had what I needed for my room. I will miss this place. The room was very warm and comforting. The hotel was peaceful and quiet for the most part. You can always expect a little noise on Fridays and Saturdays. Thank you for an enjoyable stay.
