Came in on a Thursday evening for a fill in, pedicure and eyebrow waxing. Got my eyebrows done (Kim is great). Was in the middle of my pedicure when I was told no one could do my nails and asked if I could go on Abercorn to get my nails done. Not to mention it was raining outside. They really don’t value loyal customers. I had been going here for years but I can’t continue. The time before this I went in on a Saturday morning and left as the tech decided to take someone who came in after me. I thought I would give them another chance only to be slapped in the face again. I’m not going back not even for eyebrow waxing.

First off they greeted me with a smile such kind people. The atmosphere is relaxing and peaceful for a nice getaway for some “ me time”. They offer mutiple services. I receive a bomb pedicure, literally use a bath bomb that left my feet and legs smelling so good. Also, I got a gel refill on my fingernails that was done like the picture I showed. I was able to get both done at the same time. I definitely recommend. Also, they have a cute kid pedicure chair.

This nail salon gets no stars for me. They are very nasty and they try to rush you because they want more customers so when one person is getting services done they are constantly someone coming in and he's like oh what you need done come sit down need trying to get the other person trying to hurt or rush you and they're unprofessional. They are very nasty not sanitize at all. They do not wash hands in between clients nor sterilize equipment and chairs tables. None of that in between clients and they don't wash their hands at all. They are very nasty. Any reuse, the same foot scrubbers and stuff for the same customer and other customers the same foot scrubbers they are very nasty. Please be very aware if you visit this nail salon.

First let me say that the only reason why I gave them a four star instead of a five, is that no business is perfect and there is always room for improvement. I've used this shop for a number of years and have never been disappointed. several members of my family have gone there. it's quiet, out of the way, and the clinicians are always courteous. Two clinicians in particular I love going to, as I am a creature of habit. I have been been there since the pandemic but plan on going soon. I hope at leasr one of my two favorite people are still there.

Came back to this place twice for the same cracked nail. The lady refused to fix and painted over the crack. My nails look like a 5 year old painted them......if I could give this place a zero, I would. Will not be back.Services: Acrylic nails

This is the worse place to go. I just got my nail, toes and eyelashes done. Would never go back nor recommend anyone to go there. Nail broke in 2 days. One eyelash came off in 4 days. Bahhhh humbug. They want me to pay again for both.Services: Pedicure

My mom and I came in today to get our eyebrows waxed and we had the sweetest lady who did it!!!! We live in Richmond Hill, but we would drive the extra time just to see her!!

My mom came here and got her lashes done, feet polished with acrylic and nails polished only and they charged her $90. She wasn’t satisfied with her nails but her feet looked good. Her polish was sloppy like a child did it and I went in to complain and the lady refused to fix it. Don’t waste your time coming here! I recommend famous nails. If there was zero I would give a negative. Save your money!!!!

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY. MY MOM WENT HERE TO GET HERE NAILS DONE AND SHE WAS NOT HAPPY WITH THEM. Looked like a child polished them. She spent $90 for them to polish her nails and feet only, and the lashes. My mom said she only asked for one design and the lady gave her a design on all her fingers. Customer service is terrible! That says a lot about a business to know that the customer isn't happy and not fix it. They're a ripe off, and the owner does a terrible job along with terrible customer service.

The main lady was rude and impatient. She doesn't give you time to pick a color, and does a rush job on your nails. Three of my nails were not straight, and she refused to fix them.

Horrible i sat there for an hour and a half waiting to get a pedicure ...they didnt wven fill the tub with water .. just to have ppl come after me and get serviced before me... I got up and left ...will never return again
