Stopped in at this store which is close to SCAD and we got the help we needed. They helped my buddy upgrade his old phone, he got a sweet watch deal & got a new iPad for school. Totally recommend!

Person in the store said that we couldn't get a deal we were promised at another store (I am at school and my family was taking care of it at home) it was no big deal and my family took care of it, sending the phone down. The clerk said the deal wouldn't work because of my phone generation, but after a quick search I learned I had a different generation than what she said you get no deals for. I learned after that the clerk sent a fake bad review to the store my family went to, all the way in another state, as well as complain they didn't get the sale. All together horrible experience.

Stacy and Chris are awesome!!! Was in the store this morning while they were dealing with an upset customer over the phone. Stacy handled it like a boss, very kind, informative, and patient. (Be kinder to people in retail they work hard for us)

Initial visit was good, but the system was down so we could not pay. When we returned.....the girl could not been more annoyed that we interupted her doing nothing! She sold us the wrong SIM card, did not set it up properly. We cancelled the card within 3 hours, after we realized that it was not what we needed. CSR was great on the phone. No problem cancelling it and a refund was issued. To make a very long story short that was in March, its now May and I still don't have the refund! They keep apologizing and making promises...you will see your refund in 3-5 days. I do not encourage anyone to use T-Mobile.On approx. day 10, I called the Mgr back since he did not call be as promised. I guess he doesn't like to give bad news to his customers. No I am not getting my, rightfully deserved, money back. I I guess I am going to have to eat the $50.00. I have a long memory.

I went in to switch from AT&T and Alex helped me out, he's super fast and knows exactly what he's doing. He's very relaxed and very informative about every question I had. He even helped me save over $400 for a different issue I had with AT&T, so 10/5 stars from me!!

Forgot to hand my id card back, luckily they kept it till I got it. Unfortunately they were not very informative, so I decided not to switch. I went in for details about their plans and service. The mobile customer service line was slightly more informative

I walked in the store at like 4 pm and went to the second counter where there was a lady with dreads I asked if I could buy a sim card and just got stared at for a good 15 seconds after I asked again she eye rolled and said obviously. In general she was not helpful at all. She had an attitude like she was doing us a favour to give us a sim card. She skipped telling us how to set it up as she was bored as f and told us it's ready. She was lookin at my pin number while I was paying and had a very rude manner in general. After I asked her a another question about the internet she just eye rolled again and grabbed a slim Jim and continued eating. I certainly won't be coming to that particular store again and this person doesn't deserve a job that she doesn't wanna do you guys are paying her for no reason. I really hope she gets reality checked from her manager if not fired.

Terrible customer service. Opened late, did not even look at me or the other guy who was waiting too. No greeting, absolutely nothing. More busy with her fingernails and her own phone than trying to help out. Zero friendly.

I went in there to see if anyone could fix my phone. It looked like the carger connector was broken. The girl behind the counter tried to sell me another cord. I brought the phone back home with me to take it to a repair shop.

HORRIBLE‼‼‼‼ After receiving my 1TB IPhone 13 that I had to order online from T-mobile, I stopped by the downtown Savannah store to activate and send in my iPhone 8. There was Only one employee, a young black lady sitting outside blocking the entrance & visiting with a group of 2-3 other girls. Not aware she was even an employee at first & Thinking there must be another in the store, I attempted to walk by and enter. She snidely asked "can I help you" when I told her I was there to get my new phone programed she asked if I was t-mobile or sprint (THEY'RE NOW ONE IN THE SAME!) I told her T-Mobile & her next query was, "what do you mean by program/activate?) At that I turned and walked away.
