Katie for President!!!!!I’m a last minute Christmas shopper,and finding a iPhone 15 in the color pink was challenging.The color pink was a hot color and almost nonexistent in stores.As soon as I entered,Katie greeted me with a smile and saved my daughter’s Christmas!Gooooo Katie!!!!

After 2 1/2 years of being with T-Mobile I got scammed. They took a monthly payment twice in the same day. (September) after countless attempts to resolve the issue with my bank on the line telling them yes she paid twice they have YET to refund my money. I won’t EVER go back to them again‼️

I had a pleasant experience at thisT-mobile. The two employees there were extremely professional & knowledgeable about all things T-Mobile. The manager Raymond is pleasant to interact with & is attentive to each customer who comes through the door even if he is helping a customer.

Horrible experience. I went into upgrade my phone to an iPhone 13. When I started the process of getting the upgrade I told the guy that was servicing me that I had jump and wanted to jump the phone, he goes on to tell me that I would still have to pay the remaining balance and it would be broken up in my bill. I told him that was incorrect and that if the phone is half way paid off I am eligible to jump my phone and trade it in ( turns out I was correct). Next he proceeds to upgrade my phone everything going good once we crossed the jumping the phone part, he told me he was going to get the phone and then he came back and said it would be ten minutes, so I was like ok. So then he comes back to say that he could not sale the phone without me buying the charger(mind you I told him I already had one when we first started the upgrade). So I asked to speak to the manager who was rude and was not trying to help the situation. I explained bto him that I already had a charger he goes to say well it it is a new policy that if you get the phone you have to buy the charger or the phone would have to be ordered or shipped to me if I don't buy the charger from them. So I asked why wasn't that explained to me when I first told the guy I had one already he says that's a new policy that just happened he couldn't even tell me when the policy went into effect. I ended up leaving without the phone and going to the corporate store on abercorn where I got the phone without charger because that was never a policy. smh horrible customer service. I would not advise anyone to go here they do not know what they are doing.
