Disappointed to see Target prioritize profits over people by rolling back their diversity, equity, and inclusion policies. It’s a step backward, and I will not support a company that turns its back on progress. Won’t be shopping here again.

The manager here clearly doesn’t care at all about bettering the store. This place has been trash since 2019 so what’s the excuse? It has never gotten better, and that’s no hate to the workers here because they are most definitely understaffed and have been for a long time. There is filth in almost all aisles of this store and nothing is organized

Messy... Trash, half-eaten food, and coffees from Starbucks sitting on random shelves. Everything on the aisles are strewn about, on the floor, or out of stock. Dairy and other food products are typically expired. Cashiers are nowhere to be found. Typically unhelpful. The people working the hardest are the AT&T kiosk that harass you to death at the only semi-maintained area of the store. What a joke.

The district manager and regional manager really need to make an unannounced visit because this place is always in deplorable conditions. I really don’t understand how there is NO accountability, there is no reason for so much clothing to be on the floor that customers are literally running it over with carts or walking over it, clothing hanging off of end caps, etc

Well if you like to spend $640 without being able to pick up your order. Just shop at the Victory Target and you can wait 5 to 7 days to get your money back 4 days before Christmas.
I am so disappointed in the “lead CSM” here. Please don’t ever ask for Alexis because everything that she tried to explain to me about my 2 item purchase was untruthful and disrespectful. And not to mention that you actually do have the two items I purchased. Chris who is the store manager here I will be following up with you and your Gm Lauren on how your store is ran when you are unavailable. I hope that you can better educate your employees and educate them not to be disrespectful to any customers even if there purchase is $1

(1) No shopping carts in the store- unacceptable.
(2) Cashier didn't greet me, but conversed with the cashier across from her, the entire time while assisting me.
(3) No bag was provided for two of the purchases made. Although I was paying, I guess I was supposed to ask for a bag.
My Suggestion: Provide customers with a better shopping experience & excellent customer service.

My goodness. I have been to many Target stores over the years, but I have NEVER EVER been to one that was this disorganized and unclean. This is NOT an exaggeration! From the disgusting bathroom to the ENTIRE store, EVERYTHING was in disarray, on the floor, and out of place. The customer service was awful as well. Never again will I go to this store. Corporate needs to get involved quickly. Something is wrong here.

Poorly managed, poorly stocked, and just messy all around.
Unfortunately many sections in the store are not properly kept up with, with many products lining the floors and strewn about everywhere. Causing many fire and tripping hazards for people and employees alike.
Avoid this store for the time being until management and employees are able to get a handle on the state of this store.

Worst Target in the Savannah Area. I had issues with self checkout, asked the woman for help twice and she waved me off and ignored me both times. I spent probably 5-10 minutes standing there before a new worker arrived and i could ask her for help. I ended up solving the problem myself before any help was actually given. The store is constantly trashed and looks like it was ravaged by a bunch of animals. Most of the dressing rooms are roped off and there are no hand baskets to be found anywhere. This isnt just an issue during the holidays. Any time of the year this target is an absolute train wreck.
