Savannah is way too big to have two Target stores that are subpar. They should remodel at least one of them. I went to Augusta recently, and their Targets are amazing. Do better, please, Savannah Target!

Just a dirty store in general. Merchandise scattered all over, boxes everywhere, icing on the cake is the bathrooms… terrible!

First time using The target delivery.... The shopper never contacted me, substituted $30 of hairspray for the $8 I ordered.... I doubt he would have spent his own money that way and I didn't get half my order. Now I wish I hadn't paid the yearly subscription. This NEVER happens with pick up orders. Well, live and learn.

I appreciate having a Target nearby, we’ve shopped here for 3 years. However, this store is ALWAYS a mess. Boxes just left in the aisles. Shelves are unorganized and chaotic. Target used to be a great shopping experience but definitely not at this location. Id rather order from Amazon

It has taken me a while to come out and say this because of how much it has affected me. The other weekend I was at the Target on E. Victory picking up an online order. All of the open spots were taken and several of the spots for pick up were blocked off. I put down number 7 to alert the team I was there and waiting patiently for someone to leave. Someone pulled out of spot 8 DIRECTLY TOUCHING SPOT 7, so I moved into it to be out of the way of thru traffic. I saw the two employees looking at my items and pointing at my car. I politely said "excuse I believe that's my order!" Out of my driver side window. They looks at the order and turned away. I called inside the store and asked to speak with the manager in charge of order pick up and recited the incident. The manger, Tim, said he would be right out with my order and I thanked him. The worker came back out and before he arrived to my car I stated that the order he was carrying was not my order. He then started "uh yeah it is" with a slight attitude. I then said "actually it's not" and proceeded to show him my order details on the app and that the order he was carrying was not my name. He once again told me that was my order and I said "your manager said he was bringing out my order so I don't believe that's it. I saw you with my order before when you ignored me and walked away." He then started getting very nasty stating he did not care and then Sergio, the employee at Target said to me "well I'm not the RET*RD who parked in the wrong spot. FU*K off." I was absolutely appalled, I was shocked, speechless. I was shaking and shouted I hope he losses his job. The manager, Tim, came out to speak with me using the excuse that my car is listed as green but it looks blue but I had to leave because my infant was crying in the car due to the interaction. Then my fiancé and his boss went to speak to them and were completely dismissed. I am a disabled person and suffer from deep trauma. This has shaken up my life completely. What do I do? I've made a call to corporate and we have been told someone will contact us but nobody has.

Just stopped by for drive up order, which included a Starbucks drink add on. Somehow, there was a glitch in the system which cancelled my drink order. "J.P." came out along with another Target associate, to inform me of the issue. He then took my Starbucks drink order from me, went back into Starbucks & then came back out a few moments later to deliver my drink to me & apologized again for any inconvenience. He went above & beyond. In a time when good customer service is few & far between, I TRULY appreciate this level of customer service! Thank you, "J.P.!!!"

There are always a ton of employees there, but nothing is stocked, things are always in the wrong location, and there are 2 register open, and a long self check out line. For years this place has gotten worse. Very frustrating, because it's in a convenient location.People are nice.

Recently Imade first online pick up order. Everything went fast and seamless. There is one thing I would like to share though.VeryniceTarget employee brought my book in plastic bag. I took it off and told her that I don't need it and would like to give it back to her. She took the bag and damped into trash can ? I said, that I gave it back so somebody else can use it, not to waste it. She said that this is the recycling bin where she put it. Still... it went to trash... Very sad and disturbing for me how wasteful these people are

It’s hard not to love a Target. I mean it’s a place where you can go and find all of things. What I especially love about this target is that they have people. And by that I mean, even though they have a self check out if you want to talk to another human while you’re checking out, you could do that! They have a Starbucks… So you can buy your Starbucks and put it in your cart that has the drink holders…. The store is clean and they do a great job of getting the carts out of the parking lot and back into the store. The team members are nice. It’s a good place to spend time!

Bro this Target was so bad I'm taking the time out of my day to complain on here about it. All of the shelves were empty, people's trash were sitting on shelves throughout the store, the floor looked like it has never been mopped, boxes of products in the middle of every walkway, and completely disorganized. The self checkout worker was just on their phone doing nothing. I wasn't able to get over half of the things on my list.

This is long overdue. I bought a Fitbit Versa 2 July 19th. Ethan assisted me. He was very knowledgeable. I later returned approximately 2 weeks later very frustrated. Ethan again assisted me.
