stayed up until 3 am to pre-order my special edition book. after the website crashed 50 times my purchase finally went through and i was charged. 20 minutes after the stores opens im getting ready to go pick up my order and i get an email saying my order was cancelled. they sold my book and didn’t set it aside. when i called to find out what happened , the lady on the phone was beyond rude and hung up in my face when i simply asked why they didn’t set it aside as it is not disclaimed on the website that this is not the case. moral of the story … if you are not going to prioritize pick up orders that were placed in advance don’t offer that as an option. a highly anticipated release such as this one should have been more organized. disappointed.

This is the grossest target I’ve ever been to. The bathrooms have not been cleaned in at least 6 months. The doors have so much grease and oils coated on them, toilet paper wads all over the floors, over flowing trash cans, visibly dirty and sticky floors and no hand soap to wash your hands afterwards. Lovely. The clothes are always thrown all over the floors and in disarray. This time around my husband and I went to self checkout, to be greeted by a screen that was coated in thick grease that got all over our hands. Definitely has not been wiped down in at LEAST 3 months. I have no idea how the management allows this store to be so consistently gross, especially after Covid. There’s a difference between being too busy, and just pure laziness. Do better!

This is the worst target I've ever been to. I'm not sure if they are just that short staffed or just pure laziness. I would be ashamed to be working here. I know it's also the type of shoppers too but come on. This is ridiculous

I felt more clean, not washing my hands between the shit in the toilet shit, falling off the walls and overflowing garbage can not to mention the store literally had stuff on the floors everywhere
