I had the opportunity to test drive a Module Y, and it was a truly unique experience. I just drove to Walmart on the south side to get some dog food. Jason was my representative and he went into so much detail about the features that this specific vehicle that Tesla offers. The information was quite overwhelming but thankfully I remembered what we discussed. I can't wait to come back!

Warning this company will take your time and test your patience for individuals in the consumer market. I hope and pray if your a Patreon or veteran, you do not have to shop for a Tesla in Savannah. I purchased my Tesla model 3 from savanna ga in June of 2023 and still haven’t gotten my vehicle registered or taxes paid. This has caused me unimaginable hardships since my financial Leander will be charging my loan over to a personal because Tesla motors hasn’t sent them the proper documentation. That 26% interest if they switch my loan type over. Regardless this hasn’t stopped me from having to pay my note and insurance so you can imagine my disappointment having a great vehicle and can’t operate without getting a ticket because it’s on expired tags. I’ve sent several emails and called with negative results or response. The last General Manager I spoke with last week told me that their is nothing he could do and shrugged his shoulders. I just wanted to enjoy the dream of owning a Tesla now I’m trapped in this nightmare of bad customer service and funky attitudes. Bottom line I just want the service I paid for Tags, Tax, Titles that’s all I expect from you as the dealer is to do your job. I will continue to try and resolve this issue but since it’s been almost 5 months I’m going to have to get the Attorney General’s Office of Carr involved. Hope you have it had a better experience and or outcome.

Husband bought his car in July 2023 and his registration is STILL NOT COMPLETE, and hasn’t been able to drive it since September. So if you’d like to keep driving the new car you’re spending money on, don’t buy from this location. Then their way of fixing it was putting him into a lower model that looked like this when we picked it up coke and all, and sounded like an old bus? Can’t wait to never work with this place again. If I could give 0 star I would.

Love my S. Service team is responsive and very friendly. They do AWESOME, 5 stars for that area.Cons- sales won’t return calls! Hello! I am trying to buy a car!!!! 4 calls in 4 business days, 0 return calls. 2 emails/online requests; no response.Resale- Tesla is more concerned with hitting targets than rewarding owners. You’re going to love your car but beware, the resale value will tank, and they won’t do anything to reward your loyalty.

Customer service was premier. I made several trips to this location with questions each time and left feeling good about the answers. I sold my Mercedes and was loan a Model 3 to drive until delivery day. The Tesla Advisor (Madelene) was ver professional, caring and went above to ensure that I was taken care of. I am loving my Model Y.

Purchased our daughter a car in two minutes on the Tesla app. Elated by the ease compared to a traditional car buying experience. Was called by a rep with Tesla to schedule a pickup date and time. Flew into Savannah and arrived at the dealership earlier than my appointment time. The representative kindly got me in early and on my way within minutes. Wonderful experience and vehicle!

My first time in a Tesla dealership. Absolutely how every dealership should be. Low key, no stress, friendly, no hassle. Handed the keys for a 30 minute test drive without someone hounding you. 10/10

Imagine walking into a beautiful sales room in February, with the blessing of your wife to purchase anything you want, and being ignored for the better part of the next hour. I sat in every vehicle in their showroom, and not ONCE did anybody approach me. I tried all the functions on the display in the cars, I struck up conversations with some of the other customers, but no one approached. I was there for 50 full minutes, and nobody could even take the time to say hello.It really is a shame, because I think the vehicles represent something wonderful. The sales staff at this location lost a customer who would have been happy to pay cash for a Model Y that day. I’m only giving a single star because Google won’t let me rate lower for zero interaction.

I brought my car in for a repair and they scratched it. They offered to have it repaired so I made an appointment with baker in Charleston like Tesla suggested. Baker informed me months after that they could no longer work on teslas so my appointment could now be fulfilled. Now I leave voicemails every week at Tesla service and parts to get a new suggested body work garage but never get a call back.

The service coming out of this location is absolute garbage. They delivered my car in the rain, therefore concealing the touchup paint that they applied to it that looked like trash. I couldn't see the outward dent in the left rear, quarter panel, or the inwards dent on the bottom right rear door. I bought $120,000 car it's not supposed to look like it has a chevy paint job. It is 100% impossible to get anybody on the phone. They cancel appointments with service. I've owned the car for a month and still haven't even been seen for any of these issues. If you call they just tell you to do everything on the app. They need help from a real human being.I didn't think the service department could be this bad

Poor customer service. Talked with Keirsten. Talked with another employee two days ago and they said my car was in Jacksonville and would be arriving next day. They set my appointment for following day. Was called within 24 hours before appointment telling me of delays. Not a huge issue but I’m 3 hours away and could not get a refund from hotel. Really didn’t appreciate having a smart condensing person on the phone telling me I should expect delays this late in the process.
