I placed an order online for some pajamas for my grandson. I waited till I got the email that said my order was ready and didn't even go till 3 days after that. Got to the store. Waited in a long line to be told that I have to wait another hour to get my order because they were busy. I do not live near the mall so it was quite a drive so I went home and I came back a few hours later. I picked up my order. The ladies behind the counter were rude. They were also very unprofessional. I will never order another thing from this company.

The clothes were perfect and was the right size for my kids. I like that i was able to receive them from the actual store. Unfortunately i don't think i will have my items delivered to the store (Oglethorpe Mall on Abercorn) anymore. The lady at the counter was very rude. I was at the register and i had to sign for my items but i also was purchasing some socks for my daughter and very rudely she started to ring up the person that was behind me. I told her prior to me signing my receipt that i wanted to purchase the socks but she said it had to be rung up separately which is understandable but to ring up the person behind me while i wasn't finished with my transaction, i thought that was very rude. So i didn't get the socks from Children's place but i ordered my daughter socks from a cheaper site (Temu) same style.

Generally I like The Children's Place. I shop sales and find good deals. I like the free shipping everyday. However, there's a promotion where if you have it shipped to a store for pick up, you save an additional 15%. Awesome! So I order my stuff and choose to pick up from store. I go to pick up and they have to go in back to find my order. That's fine. I waited until a few days before my time was up, so it's not a brand new order. Anyways, the worker comes out with a box that has my order in it. Okay fine. I ask if I can have a bag to put the box in because we're in a mall and I wanted to do other shopping while we're there. I was told no. We aren't allowed to give you a bag. Why? So now I have to walk around the mall with a box? Do better. It's a bag. Had I known my order was going to be in a box when I picked it up and I wouldn't be offered one, I would have brought my own.

Returned a online order. Got less back then I spent, not sure why. They started to check every item which was taking forever so I told them never mind. She still continued and totally ignored what I said. Only to come out with the same amount so I basically waited forever, for nothing.

Very well stocked but super crowded. Figures, last Sunday before school starts. Had a ton of school uniforms tho.

Unprofessional and not punctual. Store is supposed to open at 11 and as I’m typing this at 11:22 it’s still not open and they’re workers inside and a line outside.

Wow! I read the reviews that were made recently and I must say this: EXCEPTIONAL CUSTOMER SERVICE! Though one register wasn't working, the ladies in the store did a tag team number to get the line down without anyone being angry or upset about their wait. I even had an issue with using the afterpay app and one agent spent about ten minutes trying to help me. She suspended my sale while I worked on the app. I spent $400 in the store on uniforms for grandchildren and I plan to spend even more at that same store.

Complete Waste of my time by cancelling my order even tho it was paid for and ship to their store. I'll never go back to their sorry excuse of an establishment.

I ordered online to ship to the store. Upon arrival they first pretended as if they had no order number or even my name on record. After fumbling in the back room they advised my package was never received as my email indicated and told me to call customer service. Customer service advised they could not refund me my money because someone at the store marked my order as picked up. So now I'm out of 50.00 and no uniforms. I've always been a loyal customer although this store is unorganized and has rude customer service agents. However once you steal my money, I'll no longer be shopping with the company at all.

Stop putting your tags directly through the legs of the pants. I bought 6 pairs of legs and 5 of them already have holes because when trying to get the tag off the pant leg it tears holes in them. You are supposed the tag around the waist line!

Customer service horrible. Onetta and Deshawna refused to help with an online return even with the online receipt, NEVER WORN(extremely noticeable), and barcode with item numbers. We are moving and only wanted to exchange for the same exact shirt for the same exact price just a different color since our school colors have changed… Difficult, rude, and refused to help Would give 0 if possible.
