The Isetta Inn is a great historic home with quirky, unique vibes. Each room is different and the decor is detailed and amazing. We have now stayed twice, both times in the presidential suite.
It is located in a wonderful location close to the waterfront. Being this close to such a busy place will bring noise from traffic. The inn does thoughtfully provide earplugs.
A historic building, The Isetta Inn has so many wonderful features. This well loved and cared for building deserves to be seen if you ever stay in Savannah.

Enjoyed our stay! Such a beautiful and charming old home in the heart of Savannah. Rooms and common spaces had amazing and unique decor! Loved the themed rooms. It is on a busy street so lots of cars going by, but a great place to stay! Looking forward to coming back!

Great spot- nearby restaurants. Cute rooms though many have shared bathrooms. Clean and comfortable. Earplugs were a nice touch - road out front is very noisy all night.

My girlfriend and I got a room last minute on a quick trip through Savannah. The room and amenities were very cute, comfortable and clean. The price was very fair and the whole experience was very smooth and professional with self check inn. Very happy and would highly recommend.

We loved our recent stay at the Isetta Inn. The rooms and the overall feel is quirky and vintage. We stayed in the sacred tower and it did not disappoint, shared bathrooms (all very clean). There was a bit of road noise but with earplugs, we slept easy. The Isetta Inn is walking distance to Starland Yard, Flora & Fauna bakery (highly recommend), Two Tides Brewing, Big Bon Bodega Bagels (walkable & delicious), and many others. We loved our visit and would stay here again!

An absolute GEM of a place in Savannah! Skip all other accommodation and book yourself a room in this charming quaint historic little icon. Furnished with an incredible eye for detail, quiet and superclean. Check-in was easy, uncomplicated. Many items for sale (honor system) like snacks, beverages or even toothbrushes, toothpaste you may have forgotten. Coffee and tea for free. Kitchen use and common spaces. A great handbook in the room with dining/food suggestions and descriptions of places to see - never would have known all of this. Great attention was given to this place. Reasonable pricing - very grateful. I spent a night here with my adult daughter in one of the treehouses

BEWARE.
We stayed at the Isetta Inn for three nights in October 2025. When we arrived, we dropped our bags off in the tower room and went to get dinner.
We came home to our luggage and shoes wet from the ceiling leaking into the bags. We called and texted the number provided with no answer.
We called the next day, and the person on the line said we could move to another room as it would be raining all weekend. We collected our things, went down the three stories, moved buildings, and went to the new room called Clark Gable.
The second night was fine. The bed was considerably higher off the ground for both of us considering we both have extreme knee trouble, but there are stairs attached to bed.
The morning of day two, my husband got back into bed using the stairs and the beam as support and the slats of the bed fell. We immediately texted the number again, and they said they'll see if they can get anyone out. They didn't.
We came home on the third night to a broken bed. To avoid the frame cracking, we pulled the mattress from the frame and slept on the floor. The underside of the bed revealed three slats, with one balanced on a broken ledge.
When contacted about a refund, the property said to contact Expedia. Expedia refused to issue a refund.
We paid over $600 for three nights in a busted hostel.
Please look elsewhere. This is a scam and will waste your vacation. Disgusting and predatory behavior all around.

Doesn't answer the phone. I couldn't get into my room and had to find another place to stay. Drastically cut down on my short visit to Savannah. Avoid.

I'm sure this place had it's day. Impressive furnishings and architecture. It lacked daily upkeep and customer service. You must be technology adept and amenable to self service and have no expectations of face to face interactions with a staff member if something is amiss. I would have given the location a 2 because it's noisy and still quite a way from downtown but it is on the trolley line hence the extra star.

This is such a cute and affordable stay in an awesome walkable area. However, it was really hot on the third floor. When I checked in the room was 78 degrees. You cannot adjust the temperature on your own- you have to text them and hope they will change it remotely (no one on site). I asked it to be changed to 68. They said yes but only dropped it to 71. When I asked again because it was still too hot I never got a response. Luckily there is a tiny fan you can use in storage.

Honestly staying here was a pretty mixed bag. The location is great, the place is adorable, and overall we loved the concept of an art/community focused hotel with themed rooms. We wanted to love the place, but a series of small issues kind of tainted it.
Our first night we stayed in the Sacred Tower room which was solid. The black lights in the room didn’t work but tbh that’s no biggie. However for our second two nights we stayed in the Love Shack, which was really underwhelming. The bathroom hadn’t been cleaned at all (see photos) and there was still tons of dirt and dust all over the floor throughout the room. It seemed like the sheets had been changed and trash taken out, but other than that nothing had been done. The shower was also directly in the bedroom (not shown online) which doesn’t have an exhaust fan, so the whole room gets very humid. Both the Sacred Tower and Love Shack rooms have hanging beds, but the short length of the love shack bed ropes makes the bed swing around much more often due to amplifying every little movement. Each morning after sleeping in there, I felt like I had just stepped off a boat for about 30 minutes. Additionally the ropes in the room are all fraying, so we were pretty nervous sleeping on the bed.
Another minor annoyance, all of the snacks and drinks we saw which were available for purchase downstairs were at least a month or so out of date. Of course we didn’t think to check this before buying and opening them, so we were unpleasantly surprised by completely stale chips and some sour smelling milk.
Idk, this place has so many things going for it, but all of the small things really start to add up. If it was for the price of a regular hostel we would have been good with everything, but at normal hotel prices you definitely expect a little something more. If we decide to stay here again, it definitely won’t be in the same rooms.

It’s a beautiful place. Super quiet and comfortable. It has everything you need and it’s close to practically everything. You have stop buses near by so it’s quite easy to move through Savannah.
Definitely coming back!
