A few months ago, I ordered and have now received a Rowe sofa I purchased through The Nested Fig. Overall, I’m very happy with my experience and I love my new sofa. My only complaint is that a delivery fee wasn’t communicated clearly to me (at least to the best of my knowledge and memory). I don't think the $140 delivery charge would have swayed my decision to order the sofa because I was willing to invest in a high-quality piece I know will last for years; but, it was disappointing to only learn about it after paying my deposit, waiting for the sofa to be made, paying the balance, and then being referred to a partnering delivery service.
I suggest adding a disclaimer or a clear line on the custom upholstery order form about the delivery fee so there’s no room for miscommunication or ambiguity and all costs are transparent upfront. It’s possible it was mentioned verbally at some point, but details like that are easy to miss or forget, which is why I think it should also be written down.
That aside, The Nested Fig truly offers some of the best furniture and décor in Savannah. The store is gorgeous, and the staff is really helpful and kind. If you’re looking for unique, beautiful furnishings, I highly recommend The Nested Fig.

Beautiful store that is so well curated by Brock. So friendly and welcoming. They have a great selection of gifts and also some amazing custom furniture options. Can’t wait to see this store thrive in Savannah!

Wow!! Beautiful store and I enjoyed my shopping spree there! Decked with gorgeous holiday decor and gifts, Brock, the most helpful manager, assisted me with information and offered me delicious European coffee. So very thoughtful! There is a custom design section not to miss. And that gorgeous moss green mid century style sofa I'm still dreaming about!! Love this new place! Thanks for your help Brock!!
