Excellent Service from Keon at Tidal Wave!
I had an awesome experience at Tidal Wave thanks to Keon! From the moment I pulled in, he was welcoming, professional, and super helpful. He walked me through the different wash options and made sure I got exactly what I needed. My car came out looking spotless, way better than I expected.
You can tell Keon takes pride in his work and really cares about the customer experience. Service like this is rare these days! I’ll definitely be coming back, and I highly recommend asking for Keon if you want top notch service.

Becoming very disenchanted by all the Tidal Wave Auto Spas. We travel the country and got the membership because they are all over. There is zero consistency from place to place and we're finding more and more that they just suck.
This one left our vehicle with dirt all over, didn't hardly dry it and all the rags were soaked as if they'd just been hosed down. And... there were hardly any rags available. Everyone was searching for them.
Very bad experience. If this trend continues we'll be looking for another car wash.

This is my favorite car wash in all of savannah, the men are handsome, the vacuums are succulent, the vibes are exceptional. When I leave, I can use my car as a mirror that’s how good the wash and wax is. I didn’t know it was possible to have such profound feelings towards a car wash but here I am I just couldn’t go on without acknowledging it any longer.

3 weeks ago my partner bought a basically new 2020 car for $22k and had it for not even 2 days. The first time driving it was to the car wash and pretty much 3 minutes after we leave the car wash we noticed that the right mirror was cracked so we called to make a report because i had to drop her off at work. we went back in person after she got out from work to show the damage and immediately the manager was implying that we were lying because we didn’t initially notice the damage when exiting the car wash. i don’t know about yall but if i bought a pretty expensive newer car i wouldn’t assume that it miraculously got damaged and jump out of the vehicle to inspect it right after exiting the wash. we waited 3 weeks for a supervisor to contact us and he also implied that she knew the car was damaged beforehand and that she was lying/trying to scam for them to pay for the damage which is very rude considering she had the means to buy the car lol. obviously we didn’t know the car was somehow damaged beforehand because it was our first time driving it, it clearly made sense that if we noticed the damage 5 minutes into the first drive that something happened might’ve happened in the car wash which is fair. it would’ve been nice to hear from a supervisor sooner and for them to just say that the car appeared damaged before entering the wash without rude implications because then we could’ve investigated if the car was damaged while parked before we left.

First time here and last. The brushes scratched the paint off the hood of my car in several areas. It On top of that, I spent more time wiping/cleaning my car after the wash because it was so dirty after being “washed”. It was like someone just sprayed my car with a water hose. Waste
