I recently moved out of a large climate controlled unit that I had rented for about two years while selling our house and buying a new one. Thunderbolt storage was a convenient location for me and my entire experience renting there was exceptional. I was always able to easily access the unit. Even if several people were there at the same time, everyone was always considerate of one another so a crowd was never an issue. There were always carts available for moving items in or out. The climate controlled unit was always very comfortable and I really felt like I was getting what I paid for. The entire office staff were always so kind, helpful, and available if I ever needed anything at all. They all have a great and easy going attitude ALL OF THE TIME :) David was usually easy to find if the office was closed and he was equally as kind and helpful as the office staff. I would highly recommend Thunderbolt Storage above anywhere else. Nothing else compares to the quality and care.

Hello.
Kim was awesome. I came in needing a storage unit. She greeted me with a smile and was very knowledgeable about her job. Customer service has gone down in the world but Kim still has hers. Thank you for being so nice and pleasant to me. I was having a bad day and she gave me some great advice. Thanks again.

A family-owned storage facility. Very important in my opinion. I shopped around and found this to be the best economically as well as convenience and cleanliness. The staff is top of the line, professional kind and honest. Don't waste time looking around this the best place in town.
