Poor service and even poorer customer service. Gel polish peeling (not chipping) on day two. Returned to city and establishment after six days to show results and Chung states they don’t guarantee work. #BadBusiness

They were super nice!!! I just got a pedicure with gel! Such a reasonable price!!!! It was the cheapest pedicure ive received in my entire life and it looks good! The customer service was also great! Thanks again!

New to Savannah and went here to have Gel manicure, toe nail polish, and eyebrows waxed. Tony was on the phone the entire time laughing and conversating. Not even a week later the nails started breaking and the polish was coming off. Typically, two weeks is the length of time between manicures for me. I went back to show him my nails, not to ask for anything, and he became very defensive. He blamed my eating and showering as a contributing factor for the results. Straight out the gate he showed me he was not interested in retaining a customer due to his inability to get off the phone. This salon is not worth the one star I had to give!Service: Gel manicures

I went to the nail shop, to receive a full set. A ladystarted my nails, and then told me she did not know how to apply acrylic on long nails.we argue the hold time, she acted as if she couldn't speak or understand English, her son had to step in to translate*. He told me that his mom said she would not finish my nails, after applying the arcylic, it was a horrible experience I do not recommend this mail salonService: Acrylic nails

Went here on Friday 9/17/2021. By far this was the biggest mani/pedi mistake ever.1) I was left at the pedi station for so long the nail tach had to re-run my water. 2) She digs way too deep when it comes to cutting cuticles, I’m no nail version, but this was not good. 3) I chose “winter white” for my pedi color and she still used “white”. Big difference! 4) When I called her out on it, she called her son from the office who was as of no help and clearly didn’t want to be bothered. I ended up with white toe nails. She was nice, but her work is poor. I went to Top Nails many years ago and the guy Tony was known as the “cutter” because he would always nic your skin during manicures. I guess it’s a thing for them. If you go here, do your research on who to go to, other than that please save yourself.
