“I’m extremely grateful for Gordon’s! Their customer service is good, their punctuality is excellent, and their prices are reasonable. Mr. John was communicative and called to let me know when he was on the way and talked with me through the process of jumping my truck off, giving me recommendations. What could have been a nightmare was turned into a painless process and I’m so grateful to them for all of their help.”

“This was a third-party covered by my insurance. I was locked out of my car. My battery had died so I jumped the car. And the theft system was on. For frame of reference I drive a Cadillac. So they’re complicated The guy from Hooks showed up, Within five minutes of the phone call. And I was back in my car within one minute of his arrival. I really wished I would’ve given him some kind of tip. I was so flustered I didn’t think about it. But if you’re reading this, just know that I owe you a tip. Thank you so much!”

“He came, he saved the day and we were able to get to Wal-Mart to purchase new tires. It was 4 am in the morning and we sitting on the side of the highway with a busted tire. He fixed the tire, not once but twice and made sure we were able to get to a tire shop to replace the spare tire he placed on the car. I would recommend him 10 out of 10!! What a blessing he is! (The type of tire we had wasn’t the typical tire anyone would carry)”

“This afternoon I reached out to Wells in hopes of finding someone that would tow a vehicle a short distance and what the price would be. After explaining that two young boys had just broken down outside my home in this 100+ degree weather; without missing a beat, Ms.Trisha had one of their AMAZING drivers, Mr. Kirk, come to the rescue at absolutely no charge! Simply because of the fact that they could help somebody, they did. It is companies like Wells towing that give me hope for my children. It takes zero effort to be kind to people and it feels good to know that I have such a great company close to home that feels the way I do. 🙌🏼”

“Our rental car got a flat tire tonight at 9 pm. We pulled off the road. We had a tire with a leak, I browsed the internet and all car shops were closed. Ricks Outlaw Automotive was open, we told them what happened and they drove to us with everything we needed! They were professional and reasonably priced! We were so pleased. Thank you Rick!”

“My take on Panic Recovery After having my vehicle towed, I didn’t realize that where I parked was a paid lot (I’ve been parking there for over 3 years, with no issues). We parked Friday evening, and went to hang out in downtown Savannah for a few. When we got back, my vehicle was gone and that’s when I noticed the signs lol. Then we called the police to find out who does the towing, it was Panic Recovery. Now I’m gonna say this, google reviews for this place is horrible. People complaining about missing items, damage to vehicles, rude customer service, etc. My experience was the total opposite. I dealt with Paul, and he was extremely courteous and professional. They didn’t rip me off on the amount and even explained to me what happened and why the call was placed. I realize that this was all my doing for being ignorant on not paying attention to my surroundings and taking for granted all the previous times of parking at the lot without being towed. My carelessness in not paying for parking ended up costing me over $300 (including my uber fee to get home) Panic Recovery really does not deserve the hate that they have. Sometimes people are just caught up in their emotions and don’t realize that the energy you give off can also come back towards you.”
