“Went into the store to purchase a birthday bear for my son’s first birthday. I wanted to start a new birthday tradition where every year, I buy a bear with me telling them happy birthday. I was told the child had to be present in order to get the price of the child’s age. I called Friday, and whoever confirmed that the price of the bear is the child’s age didn’t tell me they had to be there. I was a little upset, but I already had this instilled into my mind and heart.Faith (manager) walked over and explained, and I told her I live an hour away, my son has been sick in and out of the hospital all week, and this was the only time I had to be here, she honored the price for me. My day was already bad, but she made it better. After telling me she’d honor the price, I decided to get my two daughters a “just because” bear. Faith was so sweet, and to me went beyond what she had to. I’ll definitely be back, and hope to see Faith next time I’m there!”
