“In speaking with them on the phone and also having our vehicle at their establishment, everyone we interacted with was *above* and beyond professional, knowledgeable, and understanding. Straightforward with the diagnosis, any and all options available, pricing, helped see if they could find a compatible transmission for our '07 Kia (which isn't manufactured anymore). We wanted a second opinion apart from the dealer we normally go to about what was actually going on with our vehicle, and RT came highly recommended. Easy to see why. They were able to give us more in detail info about the problem than we had from the dealer. More info to get the full scope and make a more knowledgeable decision on what was best for our situation. We did not get our transmission replaced there only because we've opted to go ahead and buy a replacement vehicle. But, if we decided to keep the vehicle, RT would've been the ones we wanted doing the work. Will recommend.”
