Straightforward with the diagnosis, any and all options available, pricing, helped see if they could find a compatible transmission for our '07 Kia (which isn't manufactured anymore). We did not get our transmission replaced there only because we've opted to go ahead and buy a replacement vehicle. But, if we decided to keep the vehicle, RT would've been the ones we wanted doing the work. Will recommend.”
