Ordered my food days in advance. Was called at 7:30 pm the night before the event and told I need to pay a deposit that night or they couldn’t fulfill my order. I did and expected that things would be fine. I showed up and nothing was ready!! I waited over an hour - time that was supposed to be spent decorating for my event - standing there as the employees rudely dismissed other customers and at one point told a customer “What you want me to do?!” I am done with 12 Oaks Publix!

I live in Augusta. I am a member of Publix. I was surprised that the Publix in Savannah on Abercorn Street Twelve Oaks does not honor the coupons from other Publixs in the state of GA. The Publix in Augusta had bought one bouquet of classic roses for regular prices and got the second one for free. The employee Zach was very professional. He helped me pick the freshest bouquet. When I arrived at the register to pay and added my phone number, there was no discount. When I asked the young lady, she wasn't sure she spoke to another employee who made a phone call and informed me of their store location. Their weekly coupons for their florists department are lilies, and if I take my receipt back to the Publix in Augusta, they may honor the discount.

I don't believe that I was at Twelve Oaks, other than driving past it, but Google is certain that was there. This is very bizarre, but what else can you do. I guess I will leave a review; there was nothing memorable about 12 Oaks to tell you the truth. I couldn't point to it on a map. I don’t know if it has handicap parking or if it's on the fifth floor. It could be a trendy place for hipsters, or it could be an empty parking lot. We'll, that is about it for my review. I hope you enjoyed it as much as I enjoyed writing it. Maybe one day, I will actually figure out where this place is and conduct a proper review with foot notes, but I wouldn't hold my breath if I were you.
