Elizabeth was sooooo helpful with my 70yr old mother. I was never a girly girl so couldn't help my mom in the make-up department. Elizabeth helped her with everything and made my mom feel beautiful. Thank you Elizabeth.

Hair products are very limited. The rearrangement of the store is confusing. The store checkout counter has been moved to the middle of the store versus closer to the exit - crazy.

This location has almost all of the cologne and perfume testers locked up! That’s understandable but I could not find anyone willing to get them out for me to sample. When I asked someone they kept telling me they don’t think they have a tester for that one! I will go to Macys where I can sample the products!

Love this store - always great advice for different products for specific needs and appreciate that we can communicate in person rather than online.

My review is based on my curbside pickup experience. I arrived to pick up my order and notified the store I had arrived. I waited around 15 minutes with no response, then called the store. I was put on hold, and after 5 minutes I went inside. Someone was just coming to the checkout area with my order. No apology. This made me late for an appointment. It should not take 22 minutes to pick up a curbside order. This is a lovely store, and it appeared to be well staffed, but the curbside pickup is a fail.

I was visiting Savannah and stopped into the Ulta on Abercorn. There were at least 5 employees working and not one employee greeted me or asked if I needed any assistance. They did however seem eager to assist all the caucasion customers. I shop at Ulta frequently and have NEVER experience such treatment. I put all my items back because I wouldn’t dare spend my money with people that treat certain customers this way. Do better!

3 thumbs up to the ladies at Ulta. I know nothing about beauty products or where to find even the pimple patches i was looking for. The whole experience was so great. I think she said her name was Crystal. They didn't make me feel inferior and turned me onto the Mario Badesu line. It is so affordable and is completely cruelty free. I paid 16 dollars for 6 oz of cleanser that will last me for weeks because it's of quality and spreads well with natural ingredients. Thank you again.

This Ulta is 70 miles away from me and the closest one that carries a product that they just got in that I've used since 2018. So I stop there whenever I'm in Savannah. Curlmix! I would buy more if more locations carried it!!!!!

I was in this store tonight. Not one person asked me not the 3 people with me if we needed assistance. They sat and chatted loudly amongst themselves. Then when I asked about the email discount the cashier just stared at me. She gave me no information about it and just waited for me to figure out in my own-which I did, but many people would have felt intimidated and not gotten their discount. What poor customer service. Between us we spent $300. I will not be back.

Pay attention when you check out! If you don't opt to give your phone number or email address the employee may enter their personal (or a family members) email address so they reap the points from your purchase. Which is ironic, since they will always threateningly tell you you can't return products unless YOU provide an email address. You can see this on the screen when you select how you want your receipt (print, email, or both) and you may notice an email you don't recognize. I have had this happen on more than one occasion from more than one employee. When confronted, the employees have a matter-of-fact attitude like this is normal practice. I've contacted corporate and can assure you this practice is not in line with company policy.
