I've banked with UCB for over 20 years. Just moved to Savannah and was so excited that they are here. But why why why are they not open on Saturday? Cant make deposits at the ATM and the night depository was locked. I know that you can screen shot a check but can't deposit cash that way. Thankfully I also bank with Wells Fargo and they are open on Saturday. So I had to make my deposit in that bank account. Please open on Saturday for just a few hours so that your clients who work can still do their banking.

This bank is literally the worst!! They lack many features of a big bank while prviding the worst elements of a large institution. This bank also has the worst customer service ever. The hours are not convenient as they close at 4 pm an hour earlier than most banks. Aso do not expect the staff to go out of their way to help you, they wont! I bank with many other institutions and this one is the worst by leaps and bounds! Save yourself a headache and go to a REAL bank or just keep your money in a shoebox as it would be better than using this bank.

Overdrew because their actual hours don't match the hours they have posted online. Thumb-in-the-butt sorry and unprofessional.

Although I had previously been satisfied with their service I will no longer recommend this bank. I made a purchase using my debit card while traveling. When the charge came through I noticed that the amount taken from my account was more than I authorized (with the tip) by $4. I contacted the business and they refused to refund the card, but told me I could pick up the cash. I was unfortunately no longer in that city by the time the charge posted. I contacted this branch for assistance in getting in straightened out. I was told very rudely that I shouldn't pursue it because I authorized the charge. I explained again that I authorized a charge, but not the amount withdrawn from my bank account. Then I was told I would be charged $15 by the bank "to even look into it". Truthfully it's only $4 but I'm glad I found out before it was a larger amount. I won't continue doing business with a company that doesn't mind people stealing from me and thinks I should pay to get my money back. They won't protect my money or yours.
