The service is fine. But they need to be able to take Venmo so you don’t have to spend time on the phone getting through then
giving all your credit card information. It would be much simpler and safer.

I went to this store on 4/24/25. One of my packages was to recycle a toner cartridge. All I remembered is it said to put it in the box & return it. I was informed it needed a label. I asked if the man was familiar with recycling toner. He said it was shipped by FedEx. I said, could I go to FedEx & have them scan the barcode to return it where it shipped from. He said, no it doesn't work like that. It sounds good. I said, Well, I thought so. He said, in your world. He quickly processed my other 2 packages & gave me the receipt. I felt dismissed. There was no smile. No thank you... No pleasant customer service. I will Not return to this location. I hope this wasn't the owner. My conclusion was if you aren't a people person, you shouldn't be dealing with the public.

Shows they are open Monday 3/17/25 however arrived at noon and they are closed for St. Patrick's day. We are in town for a convention, and shipped our items (five larges cases/boxes) to them after talking on the phone last week. No mention of being closed today! Now we will be at our convention without anything. Horrible customer service after confirming we would be picking up our items today.

Shipped stuff in on Friday, called and confirmed I could pick up Monday, now I get to the door and the sign says closed, we have a trade show we just flew across the country for and now will miss it because they are closed on a Monday after telling me that they would be open and have our entire trade show supplies locked up so we won’t have any of it for our show. A disaster is an absolute understatement

No notary after calling to confirm notary was on site. Arrived at 4:20 after arranging all 4 signers to be there together. Dissatisfied does not begin to describe my experience.
