I dropped off a package a few weeks ago, the older man behind the counter was rude, and was being almost combative when I needed a label printed via a barcode on my phone. I let it go, maybe he was just having a bad day.
Today, I went in to drop off a package. The same man, no “Hello” or “How can I help?” rudely asked if I knew how returns worked - and pointed to a scanner where I could self-manage the return, and said, “so I wouldn’t have to deal with a person.” (More like he wouldn’t have to deal with a person.)
The whole interaction could’ve been made 100% better with even a, “Hey there - I see that’s a return, we have an easy self-serve option where you can scan it in and don’t have to wait in line.”
There are several other reviews about this same man, it seems to be an ongoing issue. Looks like I’ll be going to the store on Abercorn in the future.

Every time I use UPS for sending has been a good experience. My packages always have been delivered in good condition and in a very reasonable time span. The Store employees are consistently efficient, knowledgable, polite and patient and the Drivers, likewise.

I went in this evening-
I wish they weren’t so rude in this UPS. I normally ship at another location but happened to be near the Victory drive location. Just about every time I’ve stopped in here the experience is the same unfortunately- just plain outright unfriendly. I’ve adjusted my expectations when needing to go to this one.

UPS Store Review
I don’t usually leave reviews for shipping, but the level of customer service I experienced deserves to be recognized! During a retreat weekend with the Women’s Wealth Society, a critical package for our event got delayed due to weather. It was one of those moments where timing was everything—we had a photographer lined up for a beach photoshoot, and without that package, we were stuck.
Thankfully, the team here went above and beyond. They tracked down the package, worked with their supervisor, and made sure it was off the truck and delivered just in time—literally 10 minutes before our scheduled shoot. I was blown away by how responsive and dedicated they were to making sure everything went smoothly.
This wasn’t just a one-off lucky situation. I know firsthand that this is how they treat all their customers—with care, attention, and that extra mile attitude. If you need a UPS store that actually cares about your packages (and your sanity), this is the place to go. I can’t recommend them enough!

Had some expensive paintings I needed to have packaged and shipped. They arrived in excellent condition. The Savannah shop, on Victory, handled the best shipping price, which matched your estimator, and did an exceptional with the packaging. Thank you very much.

This guy is coming to the door rude and refusing customers and its only 5:34pm this store closes at 6:30pm and we called first to ask. I will be escalating this higher up. This guy is rude frequently and has multiple complaints.

Very rude older white gentleman. Mocked me for not having a local number because I work overseas. Everything was a bother. I had a large stack of packages but after the second one, I took the rest back and went to the post office and got out of there as quickly as possible. I will never return here and I've used this location for years

I just returned a UPS package. The older gentleman employee Eric? was helping a couple in front of me who had bulky items. He was cranky to everyone and moved slowly. To his credit, he did offer me the self ship kiosk but I declined. The lights weren’t even on in the store. It wasn’t until Brooke? arrived at 10:30 that service improved. She flipped on the store lights, greeted me pleasantly, had my return processed in minutes.

I tried to return an Amazon package today. It was an approved place to do the return.
I don't think I have ever been spoken to with such distain or anger before. When my daughter and I walked into the store, an older gentleman ? was yelling at a customer on the phone. I was like phew, he won't be helping us. The young woman working there also started to help us.
She told us that we couldn't return the package the way it came, she was relatively polite. I asked why as this was the way it was shipped to me. The guy interrupted and started lecturing and yelling at my child and I over Amazon and USP have different standards.
He was rude beyond control and should be fired immediately.
My daughter and I were approached by a woman outside that said that she always has problems with the same guy and he is always rude. It was not us, he is just a problem.

Today I had a horrible experience at this location. I was told that I could take my package there for shipment from the company I had to send it to, even though it was a FedEx label. Although uncertain I still thought I’d try. There was an older Caucasian man who was so loud telling me that the company lied to me. Then pointed at the door and said “Do you see the sign? that says UPS!” As if I was illiterate, and I had JUST told him that it was the company who told me I could take it to UPS. It was very condescending and I was completely humiliated. He went out his way to be rude. Worst experience & treatment ever from a business. I will stick to the location on Wilmington Island, because it is never bad customer service like what I experienced today.

It's hard to find a business worthy of 5 stars anymore - but this UPS Store location is 100% worthy of all 5 stars! Amazingly fast service, friendly voices on the phone and in person, all with a positive, upbeat attitude and they finished my printing project on time. HIGHLY recommend this particular location!!! Thank you for a job well done!!

I own a local small business that is like every other small business, overworked and understaffed. I wanted to get some more professional looking Tri-fold brochures for my business to be able to present to prospective customers and business that may consider us for their junk removal needs. When I realized that I needed them for an upcoming event that was happening within the next two days from the time I placed the order…I knew that I couldn’t just print them myself, not to mention folding the 500 brochures I needed. I needed help…
I walked into this UPS store and was greeted by a bright beautiful smile from the owner, Brooke, and a warm welcome to the store. I knew I was in the right place! Brooke and her team acknowledged my concerns, presented a plan and very reasonable pricing, and assured me that I would have the order before the event. Submitting the art for the brochure was as simple as a quick email to the store, and before I knew it I was starring at a physical proof of my brochure. We came to an agreement on quantity, and price then placed the order on a Wednesday…they called Thursday around lunch time and said that the order was ready to pick up. WHAT?!? A one day turn around on my order, spectacular!!
Here’s the best part, anyone that has brochures printed knows the next step…FOLDING THEM….ugh! So I show up to pick up 500 gorgeous brochures only to find them ALL folded up in banded stacks in boxes for transport! Y’all, it was like an enormous weight had just been lifted from my shoulders. We all know that time is precious and that when it’s gone it’s gone…they gave me back at least two hours to devote to my business. What an absolute blessing Brooke and her team were to work with, and experience. Greeted with smiles, warm welcomes, and professionalism in every interaction I had in the store.
I cannot recommend Brooke and her team highly enough! Trust that you will be treated right and provided with truly spectacular service and products! Keep up the good work, and thanks again!!
