Update (3 weeks later): I had to go to our USPS office who mailed the two original boxes, as packaged, they arrived in 2-3 days in perfect shape. (Yes, I gave them a 5 star review which they earned.) Then we mailed the rest of our packages through USPS December 5-8,all packages arrived within 2-3 days in same condition mailed. I can't compare prices because the girl at UPS never got that far (she never even touched my boxes, just watched me struggle to come in with them, then she took one look at said I'd have to buy another box to put the box I already had in because my box was covered with brown package paper. Her reason: it would tear in transit). It didn't tear in transit with the local postal service... The only thing I can compare is the waiting line. I guess now I understand why there was a long line at the post office and no one at the UPS store- I'll continue to use the local post office moving forward.You know it's Friday when you try to mail a box the same way you have since 1996 (covered in brown package wrap to cover any writing or markings) and the little girl tells me I have to buy a box to put my box in because she might tear the paper (thick package wrap made to do this with). I figure if you can't handle my package with care, then I'll go to the USPS office. Funny how this exact store sent my boxes prepared by me this exact same way the last two years and I had no complaints nor did the recipients. I'd been warned not To go here a week ago but it's on the way home from work and I'd never had an issue. New management? I'm not sure, but enter at your own risk.

Update your store hours. It says you are open until 5pm on Saturdays on Google and other websites, but you’re closed at 4pm. The manager needs to call Google or login and get it updated. Until then… 1 star.

After having issues with getting a print order completed by the employees of this store, the owner reached out to me and cleared everything up. Based on the follow up I am giving this store another chance. Small businesses have issues staffing and I know what a problem this is for them, since I am one of them. Good job by the owner for reaching out to get things fixed for me.

Super awesome! I am a mobile notary and I use this UPS Store all the time for printing scanbacks mailing, etc. Professional and courteous!

Everytime I come here as a young African American lady. I always get rude customer service by the Caucasian employees; the straight faces, never get welcomed, always get dismissed, everything has to be passed to me on the counter. This is the third time I’ve experienced this. Then they show perfect customer service to others. I don’t understand and I’m tired of it.

I’d give them 0 stars if I could. Customer service is appealing. The staff here are not helpful in the least bit. They’re more concerned with their personal conversation and getting an early start on closing up shop than they are helping the customer. Don’t bring your Amazon returns here. They’ll blame any issues on Amazon and accept no responsibility for inefficiencies while offering zero potential solutions. I was hoping this would be a great nearby store for easy mailing, exchanges, and returns. Absolutely not the case. I’ll drive out of my way to find a store with employees that actually try to help the customer.

Dropped off a mini PC return to Amazon on 2/22. Package didn't leave store until 2/27. As of today, 3/4, package is in Indianapolis somewhere. Neither UPS nor Amazon can locate it. Looks like I'm out $450.Never had a problem with an Amazon return using the UPS store on Wilmington Island and always got refund within a couple hours. Avoid 2126 E. Victory Dr. UPS store.

Walked into this location because I was urgently trying to get images transferred from a CD to a USB drive. I had been to several other businesses who claim to offer this service, but no one was able to help. Although this is not a service The UPS Store typically offers, Brooke was extremely helpful and took time out of a busy Friday to help me. All three associates in the store were courteous, and Brooke went out of her way to essentially do us a favor, even giving us a USB drive when the one I had wasn't working. It is rare to encounter such kindness, patience, and helpfulness these days, so I wanted to let Brooke and her team know how much we appreciated their help.
