I've been in dozens of times mostly with Amazon returns. The staff are capable and pleasant with me and others who are there of the same time.

Costs a fortune to mail from this UPS. Never question if they are overcharging you…

Don’t go here unless you are embarking on a path of enlightenment and are looking for the ultimate test of patience. The workers here have clearly never operated a computer in their (ancient) lives and are incredibly rude and incompetent. You’d think shipping a package to Canada was asking them to solve a nuclear physics equation they were so perplexed. They also move at the pace of slow motion with zero urgency and take every opportunity to complain about having to do their jobs. If you HAVE to go to this location do absolutely everything you can online to minimize interactions with these people.

UPS Sucks.
Has anyone else had a terrible experience with UPS? I know I have. They are and have always been by far the worse carrier to use as a recipient of a package. Let’s talk about the top reasons that come to mind for me:
First, tracking packages through their website is stupid because the websites itself is difficult to navigate. The text message based system for the same is ridiculously antiquated, slow to update, and ugly. It reminds me of the SIM card service currently operating in Eastern Europe or the Middle East. The text interface jumps around and if you don’t input things perfectly the system won’t move to the next page, it’s like it was made by a drunk programmer who flunked out of cosmetology school. And by that I mean not a programmer at all.
Second, they make changing delivery pickup locations a nightmare. Most people aren’t at home during the middle of the day because they work (yea UPS, who would have thought right? idiots.) so changing my delivery instructions to a drop point instead of my residential address should be made relatively easy to compensate for this widely known issue right? Think again. Not with UPS. With UPS, the simple becomes impossible, and the easy becomes an absolute pain. It seems that the seller must agree to this. Why?
If you have a problem and want to talk to an actual person then you are not in luck because….the customer service is consistently rude and ghetto; every time I talk to someone from UPS they are in a bad mood, aren’t well versed in their own systems, and do not seem eager to help solve customer problems. I feel like it would be easier to just bring packages places myself instead of trusting that UPS would deliver them for me. Talking to UPS customer service reps makes me wonder if they know they are UPS customer service representatives… it’s like I’ve called them at home and have bothered them on their off time and they can’t understand the nerve of this person to be asking all these questions. The nerve!
When I decide which carrier to use when ordering items online UPS is always the very last choice on my list. They’re the worst. It’s a wonder they still exist as a company at all. Maybe they’re propped up by the government so that real mail carriers do not obtain too much of a monopoly by being too good and gaining too much market share.
UPS is like that resturant in town that nobody ever goes in that you tried once that has terrible food and that you’re sure is a front for illegal activity because that’s the only way it can possibly stay open. Hmm. Hey FBI. You listening?
It’s like every possible metric by which you could judge a company is a low score for UPS.
Website? 2/5
Customer service? 1/5
Delivery flexibility? 1/5
If a representative from UPS would like to reach out to discuss or publicly rebuke these claims I would look forward to doing so in a public forum.

Awful. Took nine days for the package to arrive from Savannah to Jacksonville and cost13.00$ to send. The staff at this location lack any concept of customer service

Poor customer service. Some of the staff have absolutely no customer service skills..
I prefer to go to the UPS store on Abercorn and Derenne. Amazing customer service and they act like they really want your business

Extremely rude associates. Giving the location of this store their demographic of customers are mostly elderly. As I waited in a line out the door to drop a package off I witnessed the store associates being extremely rude to the customers requiring additional assistance with their packages. This location's associates all need a training refresher course on customer service and providing quality service. I was horrified by the demeanor of the associates with their interactions with the elderly customers.
