I had a package that couldn’t be delivered due to insufficient information early in the day. I tried to call them as soon as I got the text alert for the delivery at 10:30 am to see if I could schedule a pick up before it was returned to sender. Not only did I not get an answer, I couldn’t even leave a voicemail. The phone would just ring until it hung up. I assumed that whoever was answering the phone must’ve been at lunch, so I decided I would call back later. I spent the entire day attempting to call every 15 minutes from around 11 am until closing and never got a person on the phone ONCE. What do you even have a phone number for if you aren’t going to provide proper customer service? I’m a very patient person, especially when it comes to dealing with people who do customer service/ retail because I know it’s not an easy job, but this definitely just feels like blatant negligence and it’s unacceptable for a postal office.

I am a scad student and live nearby, my address has been fine for about 5 weeks, but when I received the packages from USPS, they said my address was incomplete for no reason. Please, no matter amzon prime, uber, ups, or even usps itself has successfully delivered goods to this address. But in this case, it must be due to the lazy delivery of their couriers that caused the delivery problem
Now that I've lived here for almost six months, they have the worst postal service in the United States, misscanned, delivered to I don't know where, and the human connection service is terrible

If you get off work after 4:30pm weekdays, you're out of luck. Closed on Saturday is bogus to me. What if you have a package to pick up????

I went in to the post office this morning to ship a Poshmark order, which usually involves packing the item in a priority mail box or bag, the employee scanning my prepaid QR code, giving me a receipt, and I’m out the door in five minutes. This morning, no priority mail bags were out for me to use, and my item was too small for a box. I asked an employee, Mary, which shipping container I should use for a Poshmark order, twice. She pointed me towards some non-priority mail bags. I figured they were out of the usual ones, packaged my item, waited about 15 minutes in line, and finally got to the register. Mary charged me for the bag SHE told me to use, scanned my Poshmark label, and put it on the bag. I told her Poshmark orders ship for free (I already pay the postage through poshmark). She admitted her mistake, but would not let me switch to the correct packaging without charging me for the first one. It was her mistake, and I should not be charged for that. She argued with me for five minutes in front of other customers and kept refusing to fix the problem. I finally paid for the bag that SHE told me to use. She gave me a receipt and told me to go write a review and wrote her name on the receipt, almost like she was proud to have given me poor customer service. I will call the manager later this afternoon. I want my card refunded.

They never answer their phones and it’s always a 50/50 chance that you’ll actually get your package. I’ve also had several packages arrive at this post office and get sent back to FL for no reason just to come back here. Huge inconvenience and one of the packages is super important and we still haven’t gotten it and we move in a couple weeks.
