Came in to drop off a package real quick and the man at the front who helped me was very nice! He seemed to know his regular customers and intentionally acknowledged his customers by name. Great customer service!

I see that they’re rating is very low, but I just haven’t had that experience at all the several times that I’ve been there. Kind of makes me want to gatekeep it! I usually see the same two people working at the front, and I’m usually in and out with a friendly smile.
I’ll try to remember to catch their names next time and update my review.

My packages that come through this USPS location are constantly being stolen. When reported, there's never any follow-up. I now have to go through the inconvenience of picking up my mail out of town.

They can't read addresses, they deliver things without marking deliver. Don't answer phone. As long ypu pass a drug test your trusted with mail. Dumb as a rock but drug free

Wish I could give 0 stars. Worst post office I've ever been to. The gentleman who "helped" me was extremely condescending and made me feel stupid for asking very legitimate questions. If they say they will call you back, don't wait on it. It's not coming. The team does not communicate with one another at all. I had an issue with mail being misdelivered for over a month, and every time I called about it, it was like starting over from the beginning; they kept no record of my case and it was clear they did not care the slightest. Each call, I was given different conflicting pieces of information that just made no sense at all and turned out to be completely wrong. I had to investigate everything myself and they did nothing but make the process more confusing and difficult. I don't need them to really care but at least act like it while you're at work. I know it's a government agency and nothings gonna change due to bad reviews, but be warned and don't expect much.

This postal office is poorly run. I was expecting a package that I was unsure if I needed a signature for. Naturally, I tracked it most the day just to make sure I wasn’t missing it. I got a notification that the item was delivered and yet it wasn’t at my door. I contacted that post office and couldn’t get any help filing a claim online. I went in person and the lady working was so rude and condescending. “What did you do, track it all day?” she asked. Then she said she’d go ask her supervisors. She came back and said she had no info and took my info down. Surprise, have not heard from the a week later. The company that I purchased from isn’t helping because they said they had confirmation it was delivered from tracking. The thing that bugs me is my postal carrier frequently does not pick up my mail and I get several packages for other addresses. Then the people at the post office treat you poorly and don’t attempt to help. Oh well, it is a government agency. Someone just be held accountable!

This is beyond the worst post office ever. The mail carrier steal your mail the office managers do nothing about it . When you call customer service and complain they do absolutely nothing about it. Something must be done about this

This post office location sucks no one ever answers the phone the can’t ever answer any questions you ask them just about all the front desk workers are nasty and the close the office be 5pm we pay to much money for stamps and delivery for all this poor service

Worst USPS I have ever come across. Laziest workers in entire USA. They don't even put packages on the truck if you live on the third floor. It's getting harder to pay taxes each year when you really think about all of these federal and state services it is suppose to go to and what we get in return. Sad to see
