This post office thinks it’s fine to not scan their outbound shipments. No pickup scan, nothing. They will not scan any outbound mail when placed in their outbound drop off bin. My priority mail envelope is lost with not a single scan on the tracking number. Do yourself a favor; AVOID this place. Just use FedEx or UPS.

Came to ship a package and staff were insensitive and made it difficult. They spoke down to my wife after putting the address in the wrong order, staff became defensive and demanded the address be rewritten even though they are the ones who print out the labels and can type the information in any order they damn well please. Just go downtown where they are nicer.

locked the doors before closing time, very unprofessional. I’m sure they assumed i didn’t know English by the way she came running after me when I exclaimed how unprofessional it was they had closed when I had a fee minutes to just mail a letter.

I have to tell you about a wonderful woman her name is Fay. She helped me get my package to me even if it was an hour or so after she close. She really helped deliver a smile to my face. I want to say thank you for all the help you did for me. Ever since I came to Savannah I've always remember her because she was the first one to help me out.

Garden city one, This is the worst USPS I have seen so far. The lady was so rude! Because I requested a scan receipt! I dropped a package with usps and ups both tracking numbers, she said I can no drop to them. But I do it all the time have no problem, the only difference is I asked for a receipt this time!!!!I actually closed to the Eisenhower location usps, and there is way more busier than them, but they are always very helpful!

I was home the entire day they were supposed to deliver the package. No knock or notification. I got the sticky note stating that I wasn't home to accept the package.
I have been waiting weeks for this package and needed it for a specific date.
The hours the USPS is open is when I'm at work, which is a 1 hour drive away. I can't go into work 2 hours late to pick it up, and I'm alone here, so I have no one else to pick it up for me.
So I'm attempting to have it redelivered, but I need it this week, and I work, so I won't be at home to sign off the package. The same thing is going to happen.
If the person who delivered the package just knocked, I wouldn't have had to deal with all of this!
