Great Service keep doing the right thing. I'm a collector of Black Heritage stamps and was told by my carrier that the post office on Bay and Fahm would have them. I made my request for the stamps and "zippo" I was in and out.

10 days later I'm still looking for a package that was marked delivered but never put in my box. I lost my money and what I ordered. Have been ignored by the Post Office workers.

I drop off mail on the daily to this location. Never had any issues and the gentleman behind the counter is always pleasant and helpful. I always have pleasant meeting him

Not sure if the previous reviews are due to a previous employee but, I drop off mail on the daily to this location. Never had any issues and the gentleman (Bruce) behind the counter is always pleasant and helpful.

If I could give it a negative I would. The worst postal service EVER!! Three times I have been expecting a letter, package but it's never shown up. Tried calling the Fahm office and no one answers the phone, they know it's going to be a complaint that's why they don't answer. First time I spoke with a Tina who was supposed to get back to me, I'm still waiting!! So if the right address is on it and there is a return address, then where the heck is the package/letter??? Postal service has gone down the toliet. I will start requesting paperless from now on. Just remember postal workers, people that start doing that are going to put you out of a job if you don't start doing your job and doing it correctly. Sad state.

My experiences, through the years, have been varied at this Fahm Street post office. Sometimes employees greet the customer pleasantly, other times not so much. Some days their dislike for their job, and people, comes through loud and clear. However, the up side is I'm usually in and out. If there's a line it's usually short and moves fairly quickly.

Missing a package which was marked delivered. Finally got someone to answer my call (30 minutes before they closed) after calling all day. Just to be "helped" by a woman who kept rushing me off the phone and would not even let me explain the situation. After giving her my name, address, tracking number, and phone number she says "alright I'll have to talk to her and see what's going on and she'll give you a call back" I replied "I can tell you what's going on. The package says delivered but it's not. I live in an apartment complex and when a package is a delivered I'm supposed to have a key in my mailbox to open a parcel locker." (Mind you this information is new to me because this is my first time living in an apartment complex that does this. I'm used to packages being left at the front office.) She cuts me off and says "Like I said... I'll talk to her and give you a call back." To which I said "thanks for your help." Very sarcastically. I TOTALLY understand that times are unprecedented for the USPS but that does not give you the right to be a j*** to someone needing help. This was my first experience with this post office and from now on I'll just have my packages held instead of delivered because obviously delivering packages to their proper mailbox is pretty hard and getting help for said missing package is even harder.

The team here works hard to insure your packages and mail are delivered. Despite the reviews that are on this site, I have had nothing but great experiences here at this post office. Remembering they sort through thousands of pieces daily and work hard to keep their customers happy. Also our carriers that deliver to our office daily are always there and always on time. They have a tough job.
