When you make phone calls is impossible talk with some attendant. It’s the online place in 100 miles the area you could you do fingerprints for FBI (which one is a service available by usps). The machine that performs this service being a broke almost 1 month and they don’t have any estimate date to fix it.

These are the most incompetent fools I’ve ever dealt with! I have multiple tracked packages with insurance delivered to wrong addresses and they say they’re not responsible and I cannot get my money back that I have to go after my bank for it. THATS so criminal on so many levels!! Every time I’m in there manager Mike R. acts above and beyond stupid to ALL customers but today he attacked me for coming to pick up my mail his manager told me to come and get. He literally slammed his fist on the counter and screamed at me in front of about 30 people and told me I’m in there everyday with some mess… well yes! I have $250-300 worth of missing packages their carrier Erica delivered to churches or wherever but this is my 4th missing package. Do better PO. DO BETTER. I will follow up with the inspector general on Monday.

Yes, there's a line especially at this time of year (December), but that's because you get great service with a smile! Delivered all my boxes in perfect condition mailed over several days (December 1-8). All in-state packages arrived in 2-3 days and my out of state (KY) packages arrived in 3-5 days.

Over the last two months most of the payments I mailed from the parking lot drop box never arrived and we're not returned. I'm not mailing anything from this location again! Unbelievable!

One person working at prime time - a line around the corner. Worker was passive aggressive- I half way feel sorry for her but not really. Most of us work and deal with similar issues ( understaffed and overworked) such a shame the place is clean and well organized/ actually a beautiful place. Need more people out front at least during heavy times

This is one of my favorite post offices in Savannah. They have a drive up drop in the front. They have an extra large boxOn the inside that accepts very large packages. They also have Saturday counter hours which is nice. They always have plentyOf smiling faces to help with whatever I need. This place is great!o

Hands down the best usps I’ve ever been to every time I go! The staff are so pleasant and willing to help. I had a specialty item that 2 other post offices gave me a lot of grief about, but this location helped me make it happen. It’s the only one in town I use now.

Carl is the best Passport agent in the entire Savannah area. The passport managers at two other post offices were basically useless, Carl helped us out, made minor detail corrections to our application and walked us through the whole process, I was even being a little shot tempered but he was very patient. Great experience, totally recommend.

My wife and I used this post office for our daughter’s passport. My wife arrived before our appointment, but she was told she was late, although the post office workers could clearly see her. Despite our explanations, the worker remained indifferent and unaccommodating.We were forced to wait, until everyone in line (including those who arrived after us) was seen. Very poor customer service.

The only reason why I gave even two stars is because they are responsive when it comes to putting in a service request. They even have great customer service. But they are the slowest people on the planet. I literally filled out a form to get my keys on Friday and it’s been TWO WEEKENDS that have passed and my mailbox is still locked. I have a lot of important mail that is forwarded to my new address. And every time I call, they tell me that either I may have the wrong keys or they haven’t come to unlock my mailbox yet. There is no kind of tracking on what’s done. Therefore, I don’t even know if I have the wrong keys or if they haven’t came to unlock my mailbox yet. They need to do a lot better with informing us on tracking status.
