I recently contacted Verizon customer service via the app and had some issues so I followed up with a phone call. I was still left with some uncertainty regarding my account, so I reached out and I was fortunate enough to be connected with Michael. He was incredibly helpful and professional throughout the entire interaction.Michael quickly responded to my inquiry, which was greatly appreciated during a time of confusion. I didn't have to wait long for assistance, which made the process much less stressful. He patiently listened to my concerns and took the time to fully understand the situation before offering any solutions. He never made me feel rushed or like my questions were unimportant.Michael did an excellent job of explaining my options and answering all of my questions thoroughly. He used clear and concise language, and he made sure I had a complete understanding of everything before proceeding. He went above and beyond to resolve my issue. He didn't just provide the bare minimum; he took the initiative to find the best possible solution for my situation.I was incredibly satisfied with my interaction with Michael. He exceeded my expectations and restored my confidence in Verizon's customer service. He is a valuable asset to your company, and I would highly recommend him to anyone in need of assistance. I will definitely be reaching out to him in the future for my wireless needs.

I would like to thank the sales person Gina who helped me today and set my mind at ease. She was very thorough going thru and explaining my recent and past billing , walking thru the process with customer service also just her professional experience helping me thru a very stressful situation. Last week I wrote a stellar review for this store because I was given amazing customer service that went above and beyond. Today when my new phone arrived, and I needed them to switch phone numbers on my devices, I went back to this store expecting the same amazing service. I was disappointed. The young lady with long brown hair tried to help me, but we learned that when phones arrive now, they are not activated because they do not have SIM cards. This meant I just had to call Verizon to get them to activate it first before she could switch my numbers. We could have done this if it had not been for the incredibly rude manager (I assume she was a manager since she was telling the helpful associate what to do.) I didn’t get her name, but she’s middle-aged with terrible blonde streaks. She was so concerned that the store was closing in 40 minutes and that my issue might make her stay late. I lost track of the number of times she reminded me that “We’re not a corporate store, so we can’t activate your phone”. I got that the first time, that’s why I was literally on the phone with Verizon getting it activated as she was saying this. When she came over to the nice associate who was trying to help me and began to rush her because (gasp) the store was closing in 40 minutes, I finally picked up my things and left. The manager made it abundantly clear that she did not want to help me from the moment I walked in. Rude blonde streaks manager should find a job that doesn’t require human interaction. This store has several helpful associates. One of them should be the manager.

I came to this Verizon (from out of state) in a little bit of an emergency, and Brian went ABSOLUTELY above and beyond to help me out. Not only was he fast, efficient and honest, he was available even after I left the state and made sure I had a successful experience. I cannot recommend this store and specifically Brian enough. I wish I lived in town so this could be my go-to store. Thank you so much, Brian!

The Victory Drive location is fully staffed with efficient customer service. Ask for Josh Sturgess. He was very helpful and went above and beyond with answering questions and setting up proper phone service. I respect his professionalism and highly recommend him if you need assistance with a new or old phone.

I came into this particular Verizon store with an urgent issue, and in need of a potential upgrade. Christina couldn’t have been nicer. She handled my situation with care and attention, and my customer service experience was perfect. I’ll certainly be returning here for any and all of my wireless needs—because I certainly know what it’s like when other stores simply shove you out of the door.I highly recommend this location for anyone who wants an enjoyable, affordable time. Justin Is Great sales representative. He is patient, kind, Very knowledgeable about the items he sales. He helped me with a different customer service call, and he help me order New device and set them up properly. I love going in the store and seeing him, because I know my business will be handled properly. I am I happy customer because of his A+ customer service
