I went in to upgrade my phone.
There were 5 reps and no customers. The one rep I was talking to left the store so another rep said he would help. All reps were talking on a huddle and just left me waiting for the phone I chose to upgrade to. After 40 minutes I ask him how much longer I had and he told me he was waiting for the phone I wanted to come up on his computer. I said you will help me move my apps switch. He said absolutely not we didn't teach customers or log you in that's up to you. He said and you are just wasting
your time upgrading because the phone is the same I was going from s9+ to s25+.
I said I need security updates my old phone doesn't get them. He said well it will be a little while longer and we don't unbox or help you move your apps. I knew this wasn't true. After 3 hours I left with my old phone. And I said I have wasted 3 hours and you have been very rude. He says yeah try t mobile or boost. My account has 6 phones on it. I said you don't care if i moved 6 accounts.
He said it's not my money I get paid the same with or without your account or upgrade.
He was a very large lazy man and only interested in talking with CO workers.
I don't recommend this store.
Verizon should check this store out. It's a corporate store and the worst reps I have ever encounter. Not one person offered to help.
While the big man left to go get a drink I ask another rep for help and she said you ain't my customer and he says you wanted us to set up your new phone.
We aren't going to do that.
I will find another Verizon store but I will never forget this experience.

Incompetency. Went to activate a phone received from asurion and they could not figure it out. They told me the phone was bricked. 5 minutes on the phone with Verizon and it was fixed lol.

Super busy when I walked in but I was still promptly greeted and attended to. Bought a new privacy screen and the rep installed it for me. Great service, I explained what I needed and was in and out. Good store location as well.

Beware of this store!!
I had an egregiously subpar experience at this Verizon store. Despite having a confirmed appointment set up by a Verizon supervisor, our appointment was completely disregarded upon arrival. Erica, the employee assisting me, was unhelpful and uninterested in addressing my concerns. Things only got worse when the manager, Lisa, stepped in—rolling her eyes at me, being rude, condescending, and showing zero empathy.
After spending hours on the phone with Verizon corporate and showing the confirmation email, we were still made to jump through hoops for no reason and left empty-handed, without a phone. This experience was incredibly frustrating, disappointing, and a complete waste of time.
Verizon seriously needs to address its customer service. After this experience, I am giving serious consideration to continuing my business relationship with this company.

As the employee just says you’re on your own with my situation?
He never picked up my phone to address the situation. This is my forth trip to Verizon as I bought the phone Sunday and it still doesn’t work!!!
Over paid and lazy

Scott Claxton of Verizon was extremely helpful trying to get my new watch paired. He got all the things done for my plan. I am very happy with the service. I always have loved Verizon and this experience makes me pleased to be a customer.

Staff was rude and not helpful. You enter the store and there is no organization. No one at a desk. No one to greet you. No place to take a number to be served. Just chaos. Glad that I am not a Verizon customer and now I never will be.
