I put my social anxiety to the side to go into this store to get a feel for the 2 phones I’ve been looking at. I’m making a switch over to Samsung after having an iPhone for years and I’m ordering my phone online. The guy that I spoke to was very rude and made me feel awkward for even walking in the store. He didn’t want to speak with me about the phones and seemed like I was the last person he wanted to deal with. Not sure I’ll ever be visiting this store again.

Switched to Verizon recently for the iPhone 15. When they switched my account over they used the wrong account number (somehow) and made it so I cannot receive mms/sms or calls. I went back and was told that the port wouldn’t be complete until they had the right account number which they got wrong again. So I went back for a third time, was completely ignored explaining my issues and how this is the same issue I’ve had. Was then told I had to run back and forth between the stores to get the correct number that they got wrong. On top of multiple 15-25 minute waits. It is apparent this staff only understands how to gain commission of selling items. The kicker for me was being told “idk, I’m not tech support I do sales.”

I stood at the counter waiting for someone to help me and the man behind the counter stood nose deep in his phone and not acknowledging me. A guy came in the door and he was immediately saying hi how can I help you? to him. I left without buying anything.

If I could give this store 0 stars I would. I am trying to buy the IPhone 15 pro max but everybody is out of stock. I have been driving city to city trying to buy this phone before my 30 day period ends. I called the stores number and it’s an automated message and then you get a caller from a call center not a person that works at the store. I was told by somebody that the store had 8 iPhone 15 pro max’s available. That’s what they saw on the website. I asked if I could get in touch with someone who works at the store to verify that way I’m not wasting my time driving all the way to Savannah from Hinesville. The guy on the phone gets in touch with someone from the store but he got hung up on and apparently who ever answered the phone was rude according to the representative. I arrive at the store and the manager Carlos tells me that no one here answered the phone. I asked if the number I called was correct and then he says “ I don’t know” how do you not know? You’re the manager! I asked if there are any pro max’s in stock and he says “ no” now I’m heated because I just wasted gas driving over here and they don’t answer the phones to verify information I was told. Right as it hits closing time that’s when he tells me that they have a few in stock. I don’t appreciate being lied to! DO BETTER! I will be calling corporate about this absolutely disgusting.

The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. Didn't wait long to be taken care of.

Verizon as a company is pretty trash but this store isn't why. The store itself has very knowledgeable, courteous, and friendly staff. The wait can be long sometimes but they always handle any problems pretty easily when they get to you. Verizon over the phone is horrible but that's not this store's fault. The location itself gets top marks. They are the only reason I don't just leave Verizon completely.

Verizon in Savannah, GA is the worst carrier. Don’t get me wrong, I do not have any problems usually with Verizon, but in Savannah service is horrid!

I don’t know that I have enough words to describe the disappointment from the trip to this Verizon store.I went in with my partner on while vacation, because his phone wasn’t working (unresponsive touch screen), and he has had issues for over a year with not being able to access his account using the MyVerizon App.Walked in, barely even got a glance from an associate working, and while I realize they were assisting other customers, there are easy ways to acknowledge a new customer waking in while still showing attention to your current customer. After waiting for about 10 min, and watching another customer walk out obviously disgruntled from their interaction, we were halfheartedly called up to the counter by a rather apathetic employee. My partner explained his issue, and the employee seemed to have zoned out, and asked we repeat the issue, we repeated the problem. This employee seemed unsure of what to do, and reliant on the employee to their right, who helped with an undertone of anger, consistently. After a few questions were answered and the employee “pulled up the account” he stopped talking to us, and just played on his personal phone, until we asked what more he needed, and then he said we had to wait for the account to clear security features because the phone didn’t work (we could see the text with the authorization number). Finally after some back and forth, and my partner explained if it was going to be such an issue he just wanted to leave Verizon as a carrier, another employee (the one with the angry undertone - Brandon) just slapped a paper with a number on it on the counter and told us to call them, because they couldn’t do anything. We promptly went to AT&T down the street, where we received incredible customer service, and got all the help we needed.During our time at AT&T we had to call Verizon to be able to transfer the phone number over to the new carrier and ran into issues being able to get the account number, because the woman on the line said we had to access the MyVerizon app on the phone that wasn’t working, or go back to the Verizon store. Ultimately we went back to this store to get the necessary numbers, and we were told “you’ve already requested one, so I can’t give you one” and then given another number to call. After leaving Brandon called and said he had ran my partner’s information again (without us being there…I have questions) on another person’s tablet and then was able to give us the transfer number.I don’t understand why this was so difficult, and why we got such terrible customer service. This has me questioning switching carriers myself (I’m on a different account.), and quite frankly for all the money Verizon gets from me and other family members, I can’t fathom why they’d think they could give such terrible customer service.

Terrible customer service. I would give less stars if i could. They don’t care about you or any concerns you might have regarding any issues you might have. I should have went to the one on Victory Drive. Don’t go here if you have any problems.

I'd give it a zero if I could I walked in and was greeted I asked if there was a sign in or something and was met with silence then another customer came in 30 minutes later and was put on the waiting list... worst customer service ever and I saw half a dozen employees and only a few customers being helped
