I went to the Berwick location to trade my phones in today and Scott found me a better deal on my account. He took the time to go over the current promotions I had on my account and got me an even lower price. I always love saving money and today the bill went down even lower.

Came in the store because my phone was not receiving calls after I ported my number Straight Talk. I have not gotten calls in days and was starting to get worried. Scott was able to get to get the problem fixed with no problem. He is a big asset to this company. I was very upset when I came in today only to leave a happy customer with my new service.

Scott got my billing questions answered that I came in the store for today. I now have autopay set up which is saving me money every month. I have been a customer for almost 30 years and come in from time to time and always get the best service at this store.

Scott got the Internet back on for us. It was off at home and we couldn't stream tv. After looking into the account he got it back working. Had a little wait, but even received a coffee while waiting on service.

Scott got my Bluetooth speaker work8ng and paired to my phone. My Bluetooth speaker would not connect because the Bluetooth was off the last couple of days. It's back and working perfectly.

Scott got the bill lowered and the streaming features turned off. I was paying over $100 a month and no my bill is far cheaper. Coming in this location was a big relief.
