When in there with the question, I was immediately spoken to very condescendingly and patronized. The Young gentleman don't know his name leaned across the counter kept tapping his pen as if I was annoying him. He never smiled. Really unprofessional. The woman was tolerable

Do not go to this location for any reason. They are NOT Verizon--they are independent contractors and you have no recourse if they lie to you. We've been in five times and been told something different every single time. Extra fees, extra charges, potentially months for any credits to apply.

Scott went out of his way working with multiple customers at the same time. He got the phone hooked up even though we came in really late. He did not mind at all and we were very thankful because we had a hour drive with no navigation.

Had a profound experience here at Verizon on Abercorn. Background: Wife ordered a phone to Verizon at 7805 Abercorn St, went in, front desk asked her name and date of birth, got new phone in 30 seconds. I accidentally ordered my phone to Verizon at 14086 Abercorn St and went in. Firstly when picking up my phone their “system was down” sounds unusual for Verizon to have their systems down although I understand with the weather. Was told to leave and come back another day while hurricane Debbie is flooding the roads outside. Called back 10 minutes later to see if systems were back up and a different person answered and she said systems were fine. Came back in and was kept there over 45 minutes while the storm is progressively getting worse. Man had no idea what he was doing, he needs to be actually trained how to do his job. Woman and man there asked what was my number 3 times, couldn’t find my information and had to get help from manager twice, asked me where I lived and knew I lived in high flood area still kept me there while tornado sirens begin alarming, uncomfortable jokes between man and woman, manager said it’s easier to buy phone in store than online(no it’s not), for Verizon workers they seem like they’ve never touched a computer. Thanks Verizon for the confusing experience

Thomas, Christian, and Devin are amazing. I had a not awesome experience on the phone with customer service the day prior and decided to come in the store thinking it would be a similar experience. I had the exact opposite experience. From the moment I came in I was having a good time and had no doubt they would take care of me. Some great guys for sure.

Thank you to Taylor A for helping me resolve a problem in the blink of an eye. I had been dealing with a phone that was not activating for several days due to a pending order issue on my account. Taylor was eager to help, and did so very quickly. We were both estatic when my phone finally activated. Taylor is professional, knowledgeable, humorous, and polite. He deserves a raise!

Kia is absolutely amazing! The minute I walked in she was ready and knew what to do. She replaced my sim card and even gave me her number incase it messed up again. When I left it started acting out again but I called her and she walked me through everything I needed to do with ease and now my phone is working!! Thank you so much Kia :)

Annie at Verizon on Abercorn was very helpful and professional. She greeted me upon entry into the store and didn't hesitate to be of assistance to all my needs and questions. Annie deserves 10 gold stars for her impeccable customer service!!! Way to go Annie
