Our 13 1/2 year old mixed breed had a tumor behind her eye and had to have her eye removed. Today is the second day after the surgery- she is doing great and the surgery site looks good. I would add a sixth star, if possible, for the additional fact that Dr. Ervin is the only veterinarian in the area (of which I am aware) licensed to administer acupuncture to pets. After 18 months of extremely difficult IBD issues prior to coming to IVM, our Ella is now thriving under Dr. Ervin's expert care!”

“Dr. Daters and his staff are amazing. When my girl was diagnosed with an Extraskeletal Osteosarcoma 2 years ago, my heart sunk. My vet referred us to CVO right away. I was expecting the worst. Dr. Daters examined her, did tests/bloodwork, and laid out a realistic treatment plan based on her diagnosis. They did not push and just allowed me to decide the best options going forward. I just didn't and don't want her to suffer as much as I knew I would miss her. I am happy to report that a year and a half out from the last chemo treatment, she is doing well. She will be 14 on her next birthday. Thank you Dr. Daters and Frank (front desk nurse) for all that you have done for us. It means more than you can ever know.”

“This morning as we were leaving our home, we found a severely injured kitten on the front lawn. We scooped it up, wrapped in a towel, and en route called Banfield to let them know we were coming. They are not our regular vet, so had no reason to take any special care of us or this little one. And yet they said come right in. One of the techs met us at the door and immediately brought the kitten in to be looked at by the vet. They assessed her external injuries immediately, gave us our options, and were really great to deal with. Much appreciated and grateful for the personal care and service provided.”

“I really can’t say enough good things about how we were treated today. My cat has been sick since Friday and in desperation, I reached out to the VCA. I called them at 7:55am which is five minutes before they even open and they were happy to take my phone call to answer any questions I had. I am naturally worried person, and Nicki Was very compassionate, the whole entire time. We got exactly what we needed to help our sick cat. I was already over the moon because they were so kind and compassionate but then it didn’t cost an arm and a leg and that made helped so much more.
